Vince Vaughn stormed out on girlfriend Jennifer Aniston after the former Friends star told him she was having second thoughts about their relationship, The National Enquirer revealed.Insiders say the two had a bitter late-night bust-up because Jennifer is determined to have a baby by the end of the year but Vince doesn't want to start a family yet.Now friends say the couple are heading for Splitsville. They met while filming an upcoming movie called, ironically, The Break-Up! "Vince is totally in love with Jen but he's not ready to start a family," said a pal."He's pushing for a commitment, but the bottom line is that Jen doesn't feel ready for an all-consuming relationship so soon after divorcing Brad Pitt."

Britney Spears has apologised profusely for driving with her baby son on her lap.The star sparked outrage when she was photographed steering her SUV with four-month-old Sean Preston perched on her knee.The pop babe now admits it was the wrong thing to do.She told Access Hollywood: "I made a mistake and so it is what it is, I guess."Earlier this week, the singer reportedly told police she drove off with Sean out of his car seat because she was alarmed by nearby photographers.The sexy star said she and her bodyguard had driven to Starbucks in Malibu, with the tot strapped into a car seat.When the minder went inside, Britney put Sean on her lap.She claims she spotted the shutterbugs nearby and drove off with the infant still in her arms.She said in a statement released to America's People magazine: "Because of a recent incident when I was trapped in my car without my baby by a throng of paparazzi, I was terrified this time the physically aggressive paparazzi would put both me and my baby in danger."I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm's way but the paparazzi continued to stalk us. Unfortunately,the photographer took photos of us which were sold to the media."

During Kelly Clarkson's two long, tearful Grammy acceptance speeches, the "American Idol" winner pointedly left out any mention of the show that made her famous.
Clarkson won two Grammy awards on Wednesday night in Los Angeles: Best Pop Vocal album for "Breakaway" and Female Pop Vocal performance for "Since U Been Gone."
Accepting those awards, the 23-year-old Clarkson thanked everyone from the musicians who performed on her album to radio itself. "American Idol," however went unmentioned.
Backstage at the Staples Center, she defended the omission: "I did thank the fans and that's `American Idol.'"

Gary Oldman part was cut from the next Harry Potter film.
Gary Oldman has been axed from the next Harry Potter film.The actor hasn't signed up to reprise his role as jail-breaker Sirius Black - confirming rumours he has been mysteriously ditched from the wizard movie franchise.
Oldman's manager Douglas Urbanski has confirmed the star will not be in 'The Order of the Phoenix', which has already started shooting.
He told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "You will be shocked to learn there are no plans for Gary to appear in the film.
We are left with no choice but to pursue other employment for him."
Warner Brothers spokeswoman, Vanessa Davis, has confirmed the 47-year-old actor hasn't signed a deal but insists there is time to resolve the confusion.
She explained: "With any film, the priority is confirming the cast who will be on the set form the outset."
Oldman's fans are fuming at the news.
One wrote on the Ultimate Gary Oldman website: "Are they completely MAD???!!! Who could play Sirius better than Gary???!!! NO ONE!!!"
