Well, according to a report in TMZ.com she is. The tabloid reports that "punk chick" Avril Lavigne's hell-raiser days are over. TMZ says they've been told she's planning a summer wedding with Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley. Lavigne has undergone an "Extreme Makeover" of sorts, a more mature and groomed Lavigne appeared at the Kids Choice Awards last week barely resembling her 'Complicated' years. And speaking of children, TMZ reports that Avril wants some of her own, and now.
Lavigne got engaged to her fellow Canadian last summer and has reportedly told her friends to get ready for a traditional white wedding at an undisclosed church in Beverly Hills.
However, Lavigne was quick to point out that the reception would be a different story.
The 'lovers' plan to have circus performers, comedians and "known" rock bands play during the celebration and afterwords. Then the newly wedded couple will fly to Paris, then vacation in the South of France.
Avril, 21, and Deryck, 26, are currently renovating the house they bought together in Santa Monica.

Katie Couric ended this weeks speculation with announcing she's leaving the "Today" show. She was offered to become the first woman to anchor the "CBS Evening News." Reported NY Daily News.Couric's salary of $15 million a year on the "Today Show"; Couric only expects no less. She outpaces her Dan Rather, and not to mention her soon-to-be ex-colleague NBC Brian Williams anchorman or even the late Peter Jennings of ABC.

Scottish film legendSean Connery is calling it quits. After the film "Bill the Vet," which he is doing a voice-over, Connery will be done.
