Sandra Bullock is seeking to extend a three-year-old stay-away order against a man she accuses of stalking her across three states. Reported AOL People.Judge Marion Johnson will take Bullock's request into consideration for the extension.
"I do not know the defendant and don't want to know him. I have never met him and I have never talked with him," Bullock declared in court.
She has accused Weldon following her from Michigan to Texas and California, communicating with her through e-mails, faxes and leaving voice mail messages with Sandra and her family, "indicating he wants to have a relationship with her." Yeah, whatever! Scram, you loser!

Her goo goo bah bah was named Bluebell because of Geri's last few days being pregnant, she saw bluebells everywhere she walked. "Also, my mother shared with me that bluebell flowers are very rare; one of the most precious flowers you can find. That seemed perfect for my daughter.
"And my reason that I picked Madonna as a middle name, Bluebell came out of my belly with both arms spread wide in the air as if announcing to the world, 'Hi! I'm here!'
"While she screamed her head off. No one else had that name, apart from the Virgin Madonna and the singer, whom I both love."

The American Idol heated competition is at an end. Dozens of singing performances and millions of votes, and it all comes down to tonight. Katharine McPhee and Taylor Hicks are head to head to out-perform each other to become the next American Idol winner tonight on Fox (Channel 8)starting 8 p.m. The winner will be announced tomorrow night on a two-hour special starting at 8 p.m. Katharine McPhee and Taylor Hicks will face the Randy-Paula-Simon hard-core judges tonight in the last round of competition. This is the fifth "American Idol." All of the past winners and runners-up who have become embedded in "American Idol" music history will be there to help support the best man or woman to the finish line.
So, it has come to this. Beauty vs. the Beast. The Plastic Girl vs. The Wedding Singer. Kat vs. Taylor. Who should win "American Idol"??

Lost actress Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to 60 days in Los Angeles County jail Monday for violating her probation.Judge Rex Heeseman, without fanfare, read off Rodriguez's other sanctions, including a 30-day alcohol rehabilitation program and an extension of her probation by two years. Her sentence is to start no later than May 31.
Rodriguez and her attorneys left without making comment, but in New York City late last week, the actress told PEOPLE, "I'm a gypsy. I can see beauty in a jail cell."
