Christina Aguilera's lead single "Ain't No Other Man" just leaked out. It's a little early for the release because her album wasn't suppose hit stores until mid-August.

DC Comics is resurrecting the classic comic book character as a lesbian, unveiling the new Batwoman in July as part of an ongoing weekly series that began this year. Reported Access Hollywood. The tall, lanky supergirl comes with knee-high red spiked heel boots and a tight black bodysuit.
"We decided batwoman should be lesbian to give her a different personality," explained Dan DiDio, vice president and executive editor at DC Comics. "We wanted to make her a more unique than the rest of her Bat-family."
The original Batwoman began in 1956, but was killed off in the late 70's. The new Batwoman shares the same name as her original, Kathy Kane.

Victory!
Kanye West and Ludacris won a copyright infringement trial Thursday when a jury concluded their 2003 hit "Stand Up" did not copy a tune by New Jersey musicians. Reported ABC News.Ludacris said after the trial: "This victory has shown me that standing up for what I believe in -- is worth it! I just hope the plaintiffs enjoyed their 15 minutes of fame because it's all over for them now."
Kanye West did not make it to court.

The O.C. star Mischa Barton was spending time with her mother--sort of. Nuala her mother was visiting her a short time ago. They always fake their mother and daughter happiness in public but away from the public eye it's a different story.Supposedly they were staying at the Ritz-Carlton near Central Park, when Nuala had some trouble working the elevator. Mischa yelled at her mom for being so stupid.
Mischa said: "You’re so retarded! Everyone knows how to work an elevator?!"
