Naked pictures in the wrong hands.

Desperate Housewives actress Marcia Cross is desperately trying to keep naked photos of her from being published in the tabloids.
After a party Cross hosted at her L.A. home, a hired cater was throwing some garbage away when they discovered almost two hundred sexy snapshots of Cross. The cater owner plans on selling what she found - agent David Hans Schmidt will represent him.
Schmidt says, "There are some pictures of her showering outside. She looks absolutely gorgeous. And yes, the carpet does match the curtains," reported Hollywood.
After finding out about this horrible discovery of private property, Cross's legal team are all over it. They are claiming that the photos were thrown away by mistake and demand that the pictures be returned to the rightful owners.
But Schmidt is confident that he has the law on his side, he plans to sell them abroad: "The pictures are rightfully mine because I found them in the trash. I did not steal them."
But Schmidt is willing to strike up a bargain with Cross, he has offered to sell them back to her.
Schmidt adds, "I'm not out to get Ms. Cross. I just want my client (cater worker) to get what she deserves and is Cross really wants the pictures, she will buy them back!"

Is it possible Angelina could be pregnant again?? She is wearing such baggy clothes. The last time she wore loose clothes was when she was expecting her baby girl Shiloh. While in route to be with lover Brad Pitt she was covered up in a shawl.
Another source tells Star that Angelina has been experiencing nausea and has switched her birth control for pre-natal vitamins, two tell-tale tips that baby number four is on its way. She has a slight case of pneumonia.
Anna Nicole Smith seems to be going through a hard period in her life, between her first born dying to unexplainable causes to getting ill her-self. Smith was hospitalized with pneumonia in Bermuda. Ironically enough, it's the exact same hospital that her son died in.
The pneumonia is a mild case; she probably picked it up because of the climate change in weather.
Her being treated at the hospital was for only precautions because Smith just gave birth a month ago to a baby girl Hope.

Vanity magazine put Pitt on their cover December issue 2006 without consent.

Supposedly, Brad Pitt did not consent for his picture to be displayed on Vanity Fair's December Issue cover. He's just a tad bit ticked off at the photographer Robert Wilson for allowing the pictures to Vanity Fair.
Pitt's army of lawyers currently considering legal action against the magazine, they're claiming that Pitt never agreed to be on the cover of Vanity Fair wearing only his breaches.
According to Pitt the only thing he agreed on was to be in Wilson's art video in September 2005 and had signed a legal release agreement, but never to the magazine cover.
Pitt's publicist makes a statement, "It disappoints us that Vanity Fair would allow unauthorized picture for their cover on their magazine. We have a different perception of the magazine and their motives."
Representatives for Vanity Fair have hit back at the allegations saying, "In a letter dated 5 October, 2006, and sent to Pitt care of Brillstein-Grey (Pitt's managers), Wilson informed Pitt that a still image from this portrait was going to be featured in the December art issue of Vanity Fair." According to Teen Hollywood.
"But supposedly, Pitt never viewed this document," says a source.
Furthermore, Vanity Fair bought the rights to Wilson's video project and then used the collection in their magazine, which included photographs of Pitt.
