Beyonce Knowles and Eva Longoria are taking on one of their most challenging roles, playing lesbian lovers.
The pop star and Desperate Housewives actress have been approached to star in period piece Tipping The Velvet, to be directed by Sofia Coppola. Reported Contact Music.
The movie is based on a risqué Sarah Waters’s novel; it tells the story of a 1890s music hall star and her lesbian lover. Longoria says “Yes we are both thinking about taking on this challenging role. The novel is such a wonderful love story.
Knowles adds, "Brokeback Mountain got great reviews, so we are sure this is the right time for this divine story of love between two girls."

It's still being determined if it's really Spears and hubby. The
19-second clip shows a woman similar looks to Britney giving head to estranged husband Kevin Federline.
The footage appeared on adult video-sharing website PornoTube.
The spokesman for the website stated: "It really looks like Britney Spears. I even had my co-worker check it out, and she thinks its Britney, too."
It's not the first time this steamy clip was reportedly threatened to slip through the cracks and be exposed. It also, happened in 2005, but never made it to the public.
Britney and Kevin could not take legal action until they viewed the tape themselves. They watched the clip with their attorneys. As of yet, no legal actions have taken place.

Poor Kevin Federline, his life has hit the fan! His singing career shot down, his wife dumped him and he's losing a pampered life. No more hopping on the jet and flying off to Vegas for fun and gambling.
K-Fed it's time to say good-bye to the high-rolling life; can't sing about that any longer. Not that his rapping is worth listening any ways.
