Britney Spears’ jilted hubby Kevin Federline is to claim she is bisexual and begged him for three-in-a-bed romps.
Federline, will say the Pop Princess regularly fantasised about women and was desperate to share one with him.
The allegations will be at the centre of a bitter custody battle for their kids Sean Preston, one, and two-month-old Jayden James.
A family source close to Federline said he was “prepared to reveal everything in court”.
The insider added: “Britney has told him more than once she is sexually attracted to women and men equally.

Federline is furious after Britney filed for divorce two weeks ago.

Confidential can reveal his companion in Sydney was New Zealand actress Amber Sainsbury, who has a small role in the thriller 30 Days of Night.
With the low-key weekend trek to Sydney fuelling speculation his relationship with screen siren Scarlett Johansson is on the rocks, Hartnett has shot down talk of a romantic link with his 26-year-old co-star to fellow cast and crew.
According to insiders on the set, the 28-year-old star of Pearl Harbour and Black Hawk Down is denying he and Sainsbury are anything more than friends, insisting he actually knows the Kiwi actress's boyfriend.
But Hartnett and Sainsbury certainly looked more than friendly during their stay on the weekend at Woolloomooloo hotel Blue.
The US actor was spotted with his arm around his companion as they left Darlinghurst cafe Forbes and Burton on Sunday morning after a late breakfast - their second visit in as many days to the diner.
"Josh got jumped on by a few different people to get photos taken so she went outside the cafe," an onlooker said.
"But when he eventually went out he put his arm around her as they walked across the street. There was a level of intimacy there."

Lindsay Lohan was found unconscious in a hotel room after overdosing on a deadly cocktail of cocaine and painkillers.
That’s that startling allegation in the new issue of the National Enquirer, which claims Lohan was rescued by a doctor after she overdosed on Nov. 12.
The Enquirer reports that a friend of the 20-year-old actress found her unconscious in a “drug-filled” room at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.
According to the tabloid, the physician who revived Lohan found “a stash of cocaine and a pile of prescription drugs” in the room. An Enquirer source claims the doctor allegedly flushed the cocaine down the toilet and collected seven different prescription drugs.
Recent reports have also accused the star of self-mutilation after she was photographed with scrapes on her lower arms. Her publicist issued a denial, claiming Lohan “took a tumble into a bush.”
