Pop star Beyonce Knowles has finally revealed the secret behind her Bootylicious figure - hula hooping.
The plastic sports toy, popular with children in the seventies, has been given a recent high profile boost, after British radio station Heart FM launched a campaign for people to take up the hoop as a sport.
Now the Crazy In Love beauty has also shared its praises, saying, "I hula hoop for hours. As a kid I won contests. It's great for your waist."

Right from there honeymoon Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes thought it was time to hang out with their friends again. So they went out with Jennifer Lopez and her hubby Marc Anthony to a glitzy restaurant in the Hills. Perhaps they wanted to brag about having the most expensive wedding of the year. Or maybe they wanted to swap some bedroom ideas. Who knows but they are hanging with others and that is a good start to their marriage.
