Confusion if Hynie was married to Brown or not.
The will was signed August 1, 2000, Strom Thurmond Jr., Brown's, witnessed by his attorney in Aiken, South Carolina.
James Brown passed on last month in Atlanta, Georgia at age 73, married Hynie in December 2001. James Brown Jr. was born six months before the union took place June 11.
The saga has begun - a dispute about the soul singer's legacy - what will be the next move.
Brown's attorneys are stating that Hynie was never married to Brown because supposedly she was still married to another man when they exchanged their vows. Hynie later said she annulled her first marriage. She says she was legally married to Brown.
The will calls for Brown's personal effects to be divided equally among the singer's six adult children, according to CNN.

Lindsay Lohan has finally done it, she has checked herself into rehab. The 'Mean Girls' star had to pass out at the Beverly Wilshire hotel before she finally got that she has a terrible sickness. Lindsay finally committed herself at Wonderland Center in Los Angeles' Laurel Canyon early Wednesday morning.
The 20-year-old continued drinking after the awards at Prince's after-party at the Beverly Wilshire hotel until 6am on Tuesday when she was found passed out in a hotel corridor. Reported Post Chronicle.
Lohan made a statement before admitting herself at the rehab clinic: "I thought I better take care of my personal health. I ask my fans to please respect my privacy at this time of recovery."

Jessica Biel looked way better than Swank in 2004 in the same stunning gown at Monday night’s Golden Globe Awards 2007. It's supposedly a crime in Hollywood to show up in the same dress, regardless of how many years before. Poor Biel was misinformed.
