Halle Berry brought along her mother Judith for "Ebony" magazine pre-Oscar celebration. Halle worked it! Halle's still the flyest chick on the red carpet!
With all of Brit's bad publicity, her perfume campaign was kind of hanging but all is good.

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton sued over a reportedly stolen topless photograph of Jennifer Aniston he posted on the Internet.
Universal City Studios Productions filed a lawsuit last Tuesday claiming a stolen image of Jennifer Aniston was posted illegally on the perezhilton website by Mario Lavandeira, owner of the Internet site.
The picture seems to be a copy from the 2006 romantic comedy hit, "The Break-Up", starring Aniston and Vince Vaughn.
The shot was a topless Aniston, which was not included in the final cut of the movie.
Universal City Studios Productions are accusing Lavanderia copyright infringement and has filed in U.S. District Court.
The suit seeks an injunction barring further distribution of the picture and requests a court order "directing the U.S. Marshal to seize" the copyrighted material from the 28-year-old blogger. Reported LF Press.
There has been no contact with Lavanderia about the suit at this present time.
