Anna Nicole will be buried alongside of her beloved son Daniel in the Bahamas.
The judge appointed Anna's attorney, Richard Milstein, control of Smith's final resting place.
There are still no dates on when the memorial will take place.

Britney Spears' friends are opening up after witnessing her latest meltdown. Their confessions are of no surprise to those who know the pop superstar, she has a long history of pill popping, ecstasy and cocaine use.
The last time she was spotted with prescription pills was last November during a night out with pals.
Britney's close friends think that telling her drug use habits now, may save her life.
Amanda Alexander, Spears' first husband Jason's sister, saw her using Ecstasy and also witnessed her taking cocaine back in 2003.
And another old pal, Kent Smith, who has known Spears for "at least 10 years," tells the magazine, "She does like to party... I've been there when she's done Ecstasy and cocaine." Reports Hollywood.
