Supposedly Kim Kashardian was being selfish and wanted to get all the attention on her special day without any distractions from her famous friend Hilton.
Kardashian's former rep Jonathan Jaxson wrote a blog about how Paris needs to step aside:

Carmen Electra did not even know she was "in" for the Baywatch movie, but she has no interest in being apart of the new film.
The former Baywatch actress revealed she never enjoyed her time playing Lani McKenzie on the original. I guess it doesn't matter because she was never approached to do the movie.
"Frankly, I didn't really enjoy being on Baywatch. I wasn't the greatest swimmer in the world. It wasn't easy trying to look good with the water getting in my eyes and up my nose. And I didn't even get my own swimsuit for ages. But when I did, I had it framed.
"I'm out. I've only heard about it through the press and nobody has contacted me to be in the film. I really enjoyed the reunion show we did though - it was fun to meet all the team again." Reported Digital Spy.

Howard K. Stern stepped down, Stern was Smith’s last companion and identified as the father on Dannielynn’s birth certificate.
"I’m definitely disappointed, I love that little girl but I will not try for custody," Stern said.

Singer/actress Willa Ford has been chosen to star as the late Anna Nicole Smith in the biopic.
The independent film will begin at the age of 17-years-old, when the former Playmate left home to when she married 80-years-old oil tycoon to became famous to her death at 39.
No set date of when the movie will be out.
