The beautiful actress has said over and over again that she does not do charities for the publicity but for her soul. She gives back because she has the means.
"It became clear to me I was an incredibly privileged Hollywood star and I had to so something against the screaming injustice on this planet. I don't want to act like the Mother Teresa of Hollywood. Been with director Paul Anderson for seven years, expecting their first child.
Milla Jovovich and her fiancé, writer/director Paul Anderson, are having their first child together this fall, her rep confirms Usmagazine.com.
“Paul bought me a beautiful antique ring and proposed four years ago but than we broke up. Then we got back together and marriage has not been spoken until now. We have been together for seven years. We met while he directed "Resident Evil"."
The humble actress revealed that she requested Anderson to downgrade the engagement ring.
However, the pair don’t plan to be rushing down the aisle. They don't even have a date for the wedding. "We are taking things slow, why rush, even with the baby coming. We only talk casually about it. I have a close girlfriend in Italy. Her family owns a castle so, we are hoping to get married there.”

Lazy Lohan pulled out of film co-starring Keira 3 days before production.
Lindsay Lohan pissed Keira off! The little party slut decided at the last minute to 'bow-out' of a movie that Keira is also rolling in. Filming was supposed to start rolling 3 days before Lohan drop out!
Nothing knew for Lohan though; Lindsay, 20, is known for her lazy reputation. Lohan is good at dancing the night away but working on schedule seems to be a joke to her.
Not only is Keira upset about Lindsay pulling out at the last minute but, Knightley's mother also wrote the screenplay.
The story is about a Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, Lindsay would have played Thomas's wife Caitlin MacNamara.
According to Contact Music, Matthew Rhys was due to play the part of the poet with Keira as Vera Killick, wife of William – the man who tried to kill Thomas after fearing he had an affair with his wife.
The movie is predicted to be a box-office hit because of reports claimed by Keira, Lindsay and Matthew's characters there would be a passionate threesome.
It's rumored that Sienna Miller will be taking Lindsay's dumped role.
