Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are drawing up a $220 million pre-nuptial agreement, according to reports.
The couple - who are reportedly planning to marry next spring - are busy finalising the details of the document to ensure their four children are financially secure should they ever divorce.
A source told the National Enquirer magazine: "This secret document proves Brad and Angelina are planning to marry.
"They are very responsible parents and want to protect their children's futures, so are making sure all their assets are accounted for in this pre-nup."

Soccer superstar and pop culture "it" guy David Beckham has arrived in Southern California, where he will be introduced as the newest and by far most the most luminous star of the Galaxy.
He and wife Victoria, aka Posh Spice, arrived in Los Angeles on Thursday night from London to begin their new lives in America. Dozens of reporters and photographers, many of them paparazzi, jostled behind barriers set up in the terminal as sports' royal couple strolled past on their way to a waiting black sport utility vehicle.
Surrounded by security guards, the couple did not comment.
Victoria Beckham wore a sleeveless black dress and sunglasses and gave a cursory wave to the paparazzi. David Beckham, looking very L.A., wore a black jacket and jeans.
Their three children accompanied them on the flight, but weren't with them as they left the airport.

Pop singer Britney Spears is "not dating" her bodyguard Daimon Shippen, according to sources close to the singer.
People magazine reports that Shippen is the mystery man that Spears has recently been photographed with.
A source told the magazine: "He's her bodyguard and manny (male nanny). They're not dating."
The source also said that while Shippen was "tickled" by the media attention "he really wants to focus on his job: taking care of the kids and of her".
The magazine also says that Shippen was the security guard who caught Spears' son Sean Preston when the singer stumbled in New York in May 2006 with the baby in her arms.

Ali Landry and her husband, film director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde, welcomed their first child, daughter Estela, their rep tells PEOPLE.
The baby arrived just past 9:30 a.m. Wednesday and weighed 8 lbs., 2 oz.
"Mom and baby are doing great," Landry's rep says.
Landry, 33, a former Doritos pitchwoman, most recently appeared in Bella, written, directed and produced by her husband. The film won honors at the Toronto Film Festival.
Landry and Monteverde are "ecstatically happy," the rep says, "and Estela couldn't ask for more wonderful, loving parents."
The couple, who reportedly met at Bible study, were married in April 2006 in Mexico.

...the former Lost star is working on a clothing line inspired by world cultures
Michelle Rodriguez plans to travel to a dozen countries, including China and Brazil, to "study people, social classes, history, culture" before finishing her designs.
"The company that I want to start should be ethnic," said Michelle, who grew up in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. "I think there is a (growing) awareness and people are opening their eyes about the world and the environment."
She said she hoped her travels would also help her understand the potential market for her line, to be named Ishkadada.
Meanwhile, Michelle plans to continue her acting career and is in talks with producers about appearing in a possible movie.
The actress, who appeared in one season of the Lost, was jailed briefly last year for violating probation terms after getting arrested for drink driving in Hawaii.
