Spice Girl Mel B has married her producer boyfriend Stephen Belafonte in a secret ceremony in Las Vegas.
According to People magazine, marriage records filed in Nevada confirm that the couple married on 6 June last.
In a statement to the magazine, Mel B's representative said: "Regarding the marriage, Mel and Stephen have known each other for many years and were great friends first."
"Now they are deeply in love. The two are very happy together," the statement said.
Mel B, real name Melanie Brown, had previously said in an interview with the magazine: "He was a really good friend and good support to me during my pregnancy. He's a really sweet guy."

Make that Amanda Bynes, "Dear," the latest celebrity clothing line from Steve and Barry's that debuts in their stores this week, hot on the heels of Bitten, Sarah Jessica Parker's collaboration with the retailer earlier this year.
Bynes, the young all-American actress who made her name doing sketch comedy on Nickelodeon on "The Amanda Show" and recently starred as Penny Pingleton in the latest remake of John Waters' "Hairspray," was on hand on Wednesday night in New York to launch her new collection, which debuts in Steve and Barry's stores on August 16.
The collection, named "Dear," says Bynes, after the affectionate term used by older generations of women in reference to young ladies, features predictable tween looks like hoodies printed with stars and hearts, cropped cargo pants, racerback tanks for layering and skinny stretch jeans.

Jennifer Lopez has won a lawsuit and been awarded $545000 after her first husband planned to publish a tell-all book about her.
Ojani Noa was married to the Latino singer for 11 months in 1997 and alleged she had several affairs during their brief relationship, including one with current beau Marc Anthony.
The suit claimed that Noa was in breach of a previous settlement that stated he would not be allowed to reveal any private information about their marriage.
It was also decided that her former flame would have a permanent injunction against him to prevent him "criticising, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement" to the star.

Reports state that he was stalling and trying to get out of going for quite some time. He finally showed up though after missing about 4 or 5 scheduled appearances to serve jury duty.
The reason as to why Brad Pitt kept on postponing jury duty was simply because he was out of the country either working or on vacation.
Pitt came to court in Los Angeles in an SUV and parked in an employee lot as he went in to serve.

Almeida, who worked for Lohan for three years until 2005, claims Dina and Michael Lohan failed to provide the 21-year-old with any structure--and kept her working to pay for their lifestyle.
He tells In Touch magazine, "From a young age, she dealt with her father's physical, emotional and drug abuses as well as her mother's drinking."
Almeida also claims he had to pull Michael off his daughter--then 16--after he stopped the car he was driving "and dragged her out of the car, pushed her up against the hood, screamed at her and called her a slut."
He adds that Dina frequently "let her do whatever she wanted, just to keep her happy and working… (At her 16th birthday party) Lindsay drank whatever she wanted--I saw her drinking beer and mixed drinks with my own eyes (without Dina's intervention)."
He says, "Lindsay was the family cash cow--and she (Dina) resented it. They counted on her to pay their bills...I saw Lindsay exhausted, begging her mother for some time off."
In the interview, Almeida goes on to claim Lohan's parents allowed her to sleep with ex-boyfriend Aaron Carter when she was 15 and he 14, and that he caught her sniffing white powder in a nightclub when she was 18. He also alleges that the actress cut herself and threatened suicide during miserable teen years.

Police officer Jason Lee confirmed there was an "ongoing investigation" into allegations of an assault at Hefner's sprawling residence in exclusive Beverly Hills, which hosts regular celebrity-studded events.
"For reasons of law and confidentiality that are critical in such investigations, no additional information will be released," Lee said.
Playboy empire founder Hefner, 81, lives at the mansion, which is famous for hosting 'pajama parties' where guests are required to arrive in bed-time attire.
