A nude photograph of High-School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens has been circulating the internet today – is it real? Well according to her rep’s it is.
The 18-year-old’s spokesperson confirmed the photographs authenticity to US Magazine yesterday.
"This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public."
The 18-year-old singer/actress recently finished promoting the sequel to the smash TV musical hit, High School Musical in London.
Hudgens and her on/off screen boyfriend Zac Efron are in talks to star in a third instalment of the series, which was confirmed on the weekend.

The Umbrella babe has vowed her first headline arena dates will beat all expectations with dazzling costumes, song and dance.
Talking to me seconds after a planning meeting, Rihanna, 19, revealed: “The tour is going to be very rockstar, very sexy, with a dominatrix-esque theme.
“I’m very involved with the creative process. We’ve been planning today, coming up with costume ideas.
“I have professionals who guide me, but I like to know what’s going on and make suggestions that we collaborate on.”
Rihanna, who launched a range of umbrellas in America after her super-smash single, is being courted to do her own full fashion range.

Jodie Foster blames Lindsay Lohan's mother for the young actress' recent problems.
The Oscar-winning actress claims Dina Lohan has not been a good parent to Lindsay, who is currently being treated for drink and drug addiction in Utah's Cirque Lodge.
Jodie - a former child star - told Gotham magazine: "Can I just ask, where is her mother? I mean, really, where is her mother?"
Jodie is not the first person to criticise Dina's parenting skills.
Last month, Lindsay's father Michael claimed his ex-wife took cocaine.
Michael is furious with Dina for not allowing him access to their children and hit out in a vicious attack.
He said: "I'll give you a video tape of someone who told me, 'Michael, I know for a fact that Dina does cocaine because I delivered it to the house to her.' That's recently, about six months ago."
Michael also accused Dina of being involved in six DUI (driving under the influence) offences for which she has never been caught by police.

Jay-Z has vowed to marry his long-term love Beyonce Knowles "soon".
The couple started dating in late 2002 after recording duet '03 Bonnie + Clyde, but remain furiously private over their relationship. The rapper, real name Shawn Carter, was asked by reporters at a press conference in Las Vegas on Thursday (06Sep07) if he planned to make 26-year-old Knowles his bride in the future.
The 37-year-old said, "One day, soon - let's leave it at that." When asked if he would consider marrying in Vegas, Carter replied, "I don't know. It's kind of comfortable here." Carter is planning to open his third 40/40 nightclub in the Palazzo Hotel in Vegas in December (07).
