This is the second time this year Sambora's been to rehab. This past June, after the traumatic break-up of his marriage to Heather Locklear and his split from girlfriend Denise Richards, Sambora spent a week at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
At the time, he told NBC's Matt Lauer that he decided to go the rehab route because, "I was just drinking too much, and I needed to get my life together."
The 48-year-old Bon Jovi guitarist has a private room at Cirque, reports Star.

Clooney suffered a broken rib while Larson, 28, broke her foot, the actor’s rep, Stan Rosenfield said. Both were treated at Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, N.J., and released.
"He’s doing fine," Rosenfield said of his client, who just last week was in Boston to present the Boston Film Festival’s lifetime achievement award to mega-producer Jerry Weintraub. "He has a broken rib. It’s very painful and it’ll take a long time to heal."
According to police, the 46-year-old “Ocean’s 11” star was driving his Harley-Davidson north on Boulevard East in Weehawken, N.J., at 3:30 p.m. when he collided with a 1999 Mazda Millenia.
Clooney, who’s been in the Big Apple to film his dark comedy “Burn After Reading,” told cops he was driving in the right lane when the other driver, identified as Albert Sciancaledore, 27, sped up to try and pass him before making a right turn, Weehawken police Sgt. Sean Kelly told press.
However, Sciancaledore insists it was the silver-screen star who was passing on the right - illegal in New Jersey - as he attempted to make a right turn in his Mazda on the two-lane road.
"It’s a he-said, she-said right now, but you can’t pass on the right in Weehawken or anywhere in Jersey," Kelly said.
The crash remains under investigation.

“Mother and daughter are doing well,” Hayek’s publicist Cari Ross, said in a statement. No further details were released.
A source told PEOPLE that the 41-year-old Mexican-born actress entered the hospital on Thursday and that Pinault was present.

Jovovich, 31, is enjoying the entire experience of being pregnant. “I think it’s so incredible to feel my baby moving. Just the whole feeling of being pregnant. I’ve discovered what it is to be a real woman, that’s for sure.”
Milla has reportedly gained 70 pounds during her pregnancy. What about losing the baby weight? “I’m definitely not going to take it too quickly. I don’t want to do anything that’s dangerous for me or my baby.”

The National Ledger reported Britney wanted a "seven-figure" deal to strip for the iconic magazine, but Hefner was only willing to part with $US400,000.
Five years ago, at the height of her chart success, Britney was offered $2 million to star in Playboy.
A source told the Ledger that photos of Britney without underwear on taken by paparazzi, and her woeful performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, had lowered her asking price.
"Britney is truly delusional if she thinks anyone is going to pay giant bucks to see her nude," the source said.
"She's already bared too much flesh for free while out partying for that to happen.
"There was a time when Hef might have been willing to pony up, but that time has long passed."

The stunning actress admits it was love at first sight when she met actor Hayles MACArthur - and even told her stunned lover they should wed shortly after they began dating.

According to the singer's website, Church and her rugby player boyfriend Gavin Henson have decided to call their new arrival Ruby Megan Henson.
The webmaster of the site posted a message saying: "I've just been chatting to Charlotte this morning and she told me that she and Gavin have chosen the name Ruby for their baby daughter."
"Ruby was born at 10.35pm last Thursday and weighed in at 6 pounds 12 ounces, exactly the same weight that Charlotte was when she was born."
"Charlotte said that they have spent the weekend receiving family and friends and everything is fine with both her and Ruby."
Church opted to give birth to her first child at her home in Wales.

Mariah Carey has been speaking out about the “bleak diets” that have helped her achieve the svelte new look she sported at Thursday's VH1 Save the Music gala in New York.
"My secret is bleak diets," the singer told reporters at the event. "I still feel like I have a way to go."
But the naturally curvy singer is insistent that she’s not striving for the super-skinny look.

A source told press, "A truckload of fire-fighters arrived at Renee’s apartment. They came and put out the contained fire in her fireplace. It seemed very unnecessary, but maybe because it is so early in the season, the neighbor was concerned."
