Designer Roberto Cavalli has reportedly 'confirmed' that Jennifer Lopez is pregnant with her first child with husband Marc Anthony by admitting that dressing her ever-growing bump is becoming more and more difficult.
The singer has refused to admit that she is expecting a baby, despite worldwide speculation and photographs appearing to show her with a bigger belly.
But Cavalli, who is dressing Lopez and Anthony during her current North American tour, has claimed otherwise.
He told People: "It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger."
