Nicollette Sheridan, 44, strolls down a Caribbean beach with not a wobble in sight, alongside her equally toned fiancé, singer Michael Bolton, 54.
In their matching red swimsuits, both could have stepped out of a Baywatch episode from the 1990s.
Fergie is engaged to her boyfriend, actor Josh Duhamel, reps for both stars confirm to Usmagazine.com.
The pair, which Us has learned is currently vacationing near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, were recently photographed looking at a ranch in California that is often rented for weddings. The engagement news was first reported by TMZ.
The 32-year-old "Glamourous" singer (also the lead vocalist for the Black Eyed Peas) has been dating
the star of NBC's Las Vegas, 35, for three years.
"We're still decorating our house, so I go shopping in the different countries [on my tour] and ship things home, and we open all the boxes together," Fergie said.
Fergie and Duhamel share a $5 million pad in Los Angeles. She told, "We go running around the house like little kids, putting things in different places!"
The couple have been inseparable for some time. "We're practically married," Fergie has said.

The pop diva was spotted outside of her parent’s jewelry store in Aspen, Colorado over the weekend. And she was showing off her new canine pal.
Reportedly, the “Always Be My Baby” singer spent a lengthy five hours inside the Joan Boyce store. And for Mariah, it was nothing but the best.
She sipped cocktails and tried on all kinds of bling-bling during her half-day stay at the store. And as she left, Carey posed for the paps before slipping on the icy sidewalk.
Life and Style Weekly just posted their cover showing a very adorable Shiloh with a not so adorable caption. Looks like they are making a big deal about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt recently being photographed having fun with all children except baby Shiloh.
As far as birthday celebrations go, Brad Pitt’s birthday was awfully low-key. On Dec. 18, the day he turned 44, Brad went for a leisurely bike ride around his New Orleans neighborhood with Angelina Jolie and their kids Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, and Zahara, 3, all of whom were in safety seats. “The whole family was smiling and enjoying the pleasant weather,” says a witness. “They seemed to be having a lot of fun.” The only thing missing from this idyllic family scene was the couple’s youngest child, 20-month-old Shiloh.
In fact, leaving behind Shiloh, who was finally spotted out in public with Angelina in New Orleans on Dec. 22, has become a sad pattern with Brad and Angelina. And in a shocking new interview, Angie provides possible insight into why, to her, Shiloh doesn’t seem to be a full member of the Jolie-Pitt clan.
“Shiloh looks like Brad,” she tells the U.K.’s Look magazine. “She’s almost going to be the outcast in the family because she’s so blond and blue-eyed.”

Elle MacPherson clearly isn't the shy type as she stripped off in a beach car park to indulge in a spot of her favourite sport - surfing.
The model known as 'The Body' arrived at the beach rather sparingly dressed in a bottom-skimming sweater and fashionable Ugg boots after heading back to Oz to be with friends and family.

Heidi Klum is being sued by luxury jeweler Van Cleef and Arpels claiming that Klum's company copied their vintage clover jewelry design. The designs do look an awful lot alike!
The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Federal Court on Friday and seeks more than $25,000 in damages from Klum's company Heidi Klum GmbH and Mouawad USA. Klum had teamed up with Robert Mouawad for the fine jewelry line.
The lawsuit claims that Klum's company attempted to gain benefit from 'Van Cleef's esteemed reputation by creating and selling a similar clover design from Van Cleef's vintage Alhambra jewelry line.'
Klum said she was inspired by a clover symbol that she first saw at the Duomo in Milan.

According to the Los Angeles Times, "The contribution to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, to come from the sale of Hilton Hotels Corp. and the pending sale of Harrah's Entertainment Inc. after the money is placed in a trust, is the largest in the foundation's history and will bring its value to about $4.5 billion."
But don't feel too bad for Paris. Even if she won't really be much of an heiress, she has already built her own empire based on her grandfather's wealth -- well, that and going to jail and such.
But still, it's refreshing to see Barron Hilton giving his money to people who deserve it. It's hard to imagine anyone less deserving than Paris Hilton, and maybe this will encourage her to stop acting like such a spoiled brat.

LiLo is being sued for negligence by Ortega, a busboy, who says that before the crash, he saw the then-underage starlet belt down a few at the Ivy restaurant, near Beverly Hills.
"I did not consume an alcoholic beverage or any type of medication or drug" before or during a stop at the Ivy, Lohan states in papers filed last week in L.A. Superior Court.
A waiter from the Ivy, who is also named in Ortega's $200,000 suit, has filed a declaration stating that Lohan did not order any booze. Lohan is countersuing Ortega on the basis of a California Highway Patrol report stating the busboy was at fault because he made an illegal U-turn.
