A trust was also set up for Dannielynn, with Larry Birkhead and Howard Stern serving as co-trustees.
While Anna Nicole wasn't terribly rich herself, she stood to inherit millions of dollars from the fortune of her late husband. With Anna now deceased and Dannielynn as the sole heir, Dannielynn now stands to inherit the millions once that court case is settled, which may still be years from now.

Actress Reese Witherspoon has launched a global United Nations campaign to end violence against women.
The Walk The Line star, who is cosmetics giant Avon's Global Ambassador to promote women's empowerment, kicked off the beauty company's new partnership with the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) on Tuesday (04Mar08).
Avon is selling Women's Empowerment Bracelets online for $3 (£1.50) each to benefit UNIFEM.
Witherspoon said, "Every purchase of the bracelet will help empower women 100 per cent of the profits will go directly to the Avon Empowerment Fund to support UNIFEM in their work to end violence against women.
"I hope to see this bracelet on the wrists of women all around the world as a sign of solidarity and hope that one day every woman will be empowered and live a life free from violence."

Hilton, 27, will portray herself in Earl's (Jason Lee) dream sequence in the hour-long episode entitled "I Won't Die With A Little Help From My Friends." The episode will air on April 3.
The series' creator Greg Garcia jokes, "When we wrote the role of 'Paris Hilton' in the script, we weren't exactly sure who to go with for the role."
"But after an exhausting search we finally settled on a relatively unknown actress by the name of Paris Hilton. I can't wait to see what she does with the role, and I can't wait for America to discover her."

Bond star Daniel Craig is set to tie the knot with his girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell, according to new reports.
The couple plan to marry in an "intimate ceremony", after shooting wraps on the actor's new film Quantum of Solace, reported The Sun.
Satsuki, 29, has been spotted flashing an expensive ring and Daniel, 40, is rumoured to have proposed on a romantic trip to Italy last summer.
"They are so loved-up. He asked her to marry him and she's been showing off a very beautiful Cartier ring," a source said.
"It has a large diamond solitaire with a platinum setting."
The pair have been together since 2005 when they met on the set of the thriller The Jacket but their relationship hit a snag when Craig reportedly had a fling with Layer Cake co-star Sienna Miller.

Lindsay Lohan is to replace Britney Spears as the host of a big gala event in Los Angeles next week, according to reports.
Spears was asked to host a Scandinavian Style Mansion ball by Danish businessman Claus Hjelmbak but he rescinded the invitation last month when the star was admitted to hospital.
Explaining his decision Hjelmbak said: "I personally feel that the most important thing for her now is to focus on her health and get the help she needs and deserves."
Spears celebrated her 26th birthday at a Scandinavian Style Mansion event in December.

The 45-year-old actress gets candid about hubby Ashton Kutcher and her daughters with ex Bruce Willis. Mom and all three daughters appear in photographs by Peter Lindbergh.
Demi on the age difference between her and 30-year-old Ashton: “People made such a fuss about it you would have thought the world had never seen it before. Age wasn’t what I was thinking about, but to the rest of the world it was a very big deal.”
Demi about her close relationship with her ex-husband Bruce: “One of the most healing things for Bruce was seeing me meet someone who has brought me so much happiness. And I so much want the same for him. We get so much from being able to share holidays and spend time with all of us together. The kids don’t have to choose. Soccer star David Beckham caused chaos on Tuesday when visiting a hospital in Shanghai.
Beckham went to the Xinhua Hospital to visit with young Leukemia patients, but fans, staff, media and bystanders ended up causing so much chaos that the police had to close one wing of the hospital for several hours.
According to the AFP, things got so crazy at one point "one woman screamed hysterically as angry police refused to allow her inside," as organizers were soon forced to cancel a donation ceremony scheduled to take place outside the hospital.
Beckham's car was delayed for at least 15 minutes while police attempted to clear people away from the ward's main entrance.
David's team, the L.A. Galaxy, are on a three-city Asian tour and are in Shanghai to play an exhibition match against a Shanghai-Hong Kong team on Wednesday. After Shanghai, the team will travel to Hong Kong for a match against a South China team on March 9.
The Galaxy begins their U.S. tour at the end of March in Dallas, Texas.

Rachel Bilson wants to quit acting and start a family.
The 26-year-old actress - who is rumoured to be dating her 'Jumper' co-star Hayden Christensen - says while she is happy starring in hit Hollywood films, she would be just as content raising a family.
She said: "I've always been a really maternal person. I really want a family. I love the career I have chosen, but I'd be quite happy as a housewife, at home with the kids. I think I'd be really content."
However, following a very public break-up from her 'The O.C.' co-star Adam Brody, Rachel refuses to discuss whether Hayden will be the man she has children with.
She added to Britain's Hello magazine: "Hayden is a good guy, he has the biggest heart and he's one of the kindest people I've ever met. We are in contact, and I can say that I'm happy. Whoever you are dating you don't want other people sharing in that experience so I don't talk about my private life.
"I try not to pay attention to any of the stories because if you do it really gets in your head. It's not healthy."

A mystery track reportedly featuring both Britney Spears and Heidi Montag has surfaced on the internet.
American Idol host Ryan Seacrest debuted the new duet on his breakfast radio show on Monday (03Mar08), admitting he had no idea where the track, Dramatic, came from. Seacrest said, "I just opened an email and there was this track and it said, 'Britney Spears and Heidi Montag'."
After previewing the track, the DJ asked, "How can you do that? If she doesn't know Britney, how can she (Montag) do a song with Britney? You've gotta get a little Britney permission on that I would think." Seacrest then placed the entire track on his Kiis-FM website for fans to listen to.
Meanwhile, Montag's publicist insists her client knows nothing about the duet. She says, "Heidi has no knowledge of this recording. She did do a demo of this song for possible use on her record, but that recording had a male vocal on it, not Britney Spears."

Cruz Beckham stole the limelight from his mother AGAIN - by dressing as Batman to go to the cinema.
The three-year-old, who won the hearts of Spice Girls fans by break dancing on stage during their gigs, donned the fancy dress outfit for his brother Brooklyn’s birthday.
Victoria, 33, looked chic in a black and red dress - but it was Cruz who stole the show in the fashion stakes with his cape, six pack and batman hat.
“Cruz is turning into the real star of the Beckham family,” one onlooker said. “First the break dancing, now the Batman suit. Everyone wonders what he’ll do next.
“It’ll soon be him on the pages of the fashion magazines - not his Mom.”
Victoria took her three sons to a cinema in Century City, Los Angeles, on Tuesday to celebrate Brooklyn’s ninth birthday.

Dina and Ali Lohan will debut their new reality show this summer, E! announced on Tuesday.
The show, tentatively titled “Living Lohan,” will take viewers inside the Lohans’ Long Island home to follow Dina as she works double duty as mom and manager for Ali’s blossoming singing/acting career.
“The Lohans are one of the most intriguing families in the entertainment industry today,” Lisa Berger of E! said. “This is a family that knows how to roll with the punches and come out on top. Dina is an incredibly hard-working, passionate mom that I think our viewers will find both relatable and highly entertaining.”
In addition, the series will also follow Lindsay’s 11-year-old brother Cody, as well as brother Michael, a 20-year-old college student.
“There are so many misconceptions about me and my family,” Dina told People back when shooting began in October. “I’m setting the record straight.”
Dina, who also serves as the show’s executive producer, said she hopes the series will serve as an example to other single working moms.
“It’s about empowering women to be successful single mothers. (It’s) about being in the limelight without compromising motherhood,” she added in her interview with People. “It’s about what I do, how you can be successful, and be a single mom and fulfilling your kids’ dreams. Working is my sole source of income.”
According to People, Dina and Ali will shoot the next round for their show on March 17 in New York, followed by another two-week stint in Las Vegas, which will show Ali inside the Maloofs’ recording studio at the Palms Hotel and Casino.
