Naomi Campbell has been arrested at London’s Heathrow airport for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
The incident took place at the new Terminal 5 building which opened last week. The catwalk diva is believed to have had a problem with her luggage which led to aggressive behaviour towards staff.
Reports indicate that Naomi had to be led off a British Airways flight to Los Angeles after spitting at a police officer.
She was subsquently handcuffed and removed off the aircraft towards the airport police station.
A Heathrow spokeswoman says: "We can confirm that a passenger was removed by police from a BA flight this afternoon."
A representative for the London Metropolitan Police has confirmed a woman was arrested at the brand new Terminal 5 for an assault on police, but refused to disclose her identity or reveal her age.
Campbell has since been released on bail.

Kim Kardashian has admitted that she struggles with craving junk food. The reality star says she wants to loose weight but can’t help herself when it comes to unhealthy food.
“I figured just eating well would help me lose five pounds or so. It’s so hard to eat well because I love so many unhealthy foods. I just can’t stop eating junk. It’s awful,” says Kardashian.
Kardashian says her eating habits and weight doesn’t bother her boyfriend Reggie Bush. “He doesn’t care what I eat. He loves my just the way I am,” she added.

In his upcoming autobiography, Brown blows the lid on his wildly dysfunctional marriage to the troubled, Grammy-winning diva, suggesting that she drove him into a nightmare of drug addiction.
"I never used cocaine until after I met Whitney. Before then, I had experimented with other drugs, but marijuana was my drug of choice," Brown writes in "Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But," out next month. "At one point in my life, I used drugs uncontrollably. I was using everything I could get my hands on, from cocaine to heroin, weed and cooked cocaine."
As far as his 15-year marriage to Houston is concerned, it "was doomed from the very beginning. Within the first year we separated, with several more to follow," Brown writes. "I think we got married for all the wrong reasons. Now, I realize Whitney had a different agenda than I did when we got married . . . I believe her agenda was to clean up her image, while mine was to be loved and have children."
Whitney, he alleges, had been under "a lot of pressure. The media was accusing her of having a bisexual relationship with her assistant, Robin Crawford. Since she was the American Sweetheart and all, that didn't go too well with her image . . . In Whitney's situation, the only solution was to get married and have kids. That would kill all speculation, whether it was true or not. In the short, I think I got caught up in the politics and ended up marrying one of the biggest stars in the world."
But Brown notes that he was no saint in their relationship, confessing in his book, "I am guilty of sleeping with other women . . . Women are always throwing themselves at you. I'm only human, so I would make the mistake and bite the hook sometimes . . . I let the testosterone take over."
One of his most public indiscretions was an affair with former exotic dancer Karrine "Superhead" Steffans. "Yes, I've slept with her," he confesses. "Yes, I've spent several nights at her house. But she was only good for what her nickname stood for."
Reps for Houston, who divorced Brown a year ago, did not return our call for comment.

Norah Jones, the Grammy award-winning singer, is making her film debut in My Blueberry Nights.
She stars along with Jude Law, David Strathairn, Rachel Weisz, and Natalie Portman.
Jones plays the role of Elizabeth, a girl who is down in the dumps basically due to a romance gone bad.
She goes to a New York cafe each and every night to meet up with the owner, Jeremy, who feeds her blueberry pie.
She goes cross-country and ends up in Memphis, Tenn. From here she grows up, matures, and ends up in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The film has been receiving positive reviews thus far, as Jones has been praised for her first film.
My Blueberry Nights is rated PG-13 and may featured a sad Jones on-screen. Behind the curtain though, she is very happy about the release.

Elisha Cuthbert is heading back to the small screen, this time for CBS. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cuthbert has signed on to star as the lead of a one-hour pilot entitiled Ny-Lon. This is an adaptation of the British series NY-LON, and this new version also stars Caterina Scorsone and Johnny Whitworth.
The series centers on an across-the-pond romance between a New York teacher (Cuthbert) and a London stockbroker. Scorsone will play Edie's roommate, a promiscuous rocker and Whitworth will play Edie's ex-boyfriend.
A production schedule for the pilot hasn't been announced yet.

The mother of three is unhappy with the current size of her boobs, saying they are too big and haven’t been lifted correctly.
This will be another operation in her bid to turn plastic fantastic although it has not been long since her last one. Dr Karidis told Closer: “It’s too soon for her to go under the knife again. She needs to let some time pass to get used to the change in her body-mentally, as well as physically.”
Jordon- real name Katie Price- is reluctant to wait in her mission for perfection. Still not content with her DD cup she said: “They look fine in a bra, but they hang too low when I’m standing up and it’s really bad when I’m lying down. There’s about a four-inch gap. I’ve also got indents, so you can see where the implant is sitting.”
The glamour girl has undergone a drastic transformation recently, not only with surgery but by dropping weight and ditching the blonde in favour for a vamp brunette.
Close pals have become increasingly worried for Jordon. One told Closer how the star plans to arrange two more possible surgical procedures when she’s back in LA. “She’s going to ask what they’d recommend for what she calls ‘saggy bits’ on her waist and the sag of skin she has on her inner thigh” her pal said. “There’s no sign of her calming down on the surgery front.”

Renee has "no ambition" to be a mother, and would rather concentrate on enjoying her independence.
She said: "Motherhood has never been an ambition. I don't think like that. I never have expectations like, 'When I'm 19 I'm going to do this, and by the time I've hit 25 I'm going to do that'. I just take things as they come, each day at a time, and if things happen then all well and good.
"I just want to be independent and be able to take care of myself. Anything else is just gravy. I'm very happy, I like my work and I don't want fame and fortune and all the free stuff."

A source told The Sun: "Lewis has been texting Dannii like mad since they met in Melbourne. He took a real shine to her.
"Lewis thought she was gorgeous and was really impressed with her knowledge of cars. He wanted to take her out for dinner that night but she had something on that she couldn’t cancel.
"He’s kept at it and she’s finally agreed to meet him for dinner at the Monaco Grand Prix. Lewis is delighted they have finally set a date."
