Oscar-winning actor Sean Penn and his actress wife Robin Wright Penn have halted their divorce proceedings.
According to celebrity website TMZ.com, a court document requested that their divorce petition, filed last December, be dismissed.
Reuters reports that the request to withdraw the proceedings, filed at the Superior Court of California in Marin County north of San Francisco, was made "without prejudice".
A spokesperson for Penn declined to comment on the reports.
However, People magazine reports that the pair were spotted at a concert together on Tuesday night.

Jennifer Aniston and Orlando Bloom are attracted to each other like "heat-seeking missiles".
The Hollywood stars, who first sparked romance rumours after holidaying at a Mexican resort together last year, reportedly couldn't hide their feelings at a charity event in Los Angeles' restaurant Beso last month.
A source told America's OK! magazine: "They were like heat-seeking missiles. They came together, threw their arms around each other and shared a big hug."
Jennifer and Orlando partied at the event - hosted by restaurant owner Eva Longoria - to raise money for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation. The pair were joined by some of Jennifer's closest friends, including Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette, Jessica Simpson and Kate Beckinsale.
An onlooker added: "I saw them in a booth next to each other and Jennifer was looking at Orlando like he was her favourite person in the world. She looked like she wanted to grab him and make out with him!"
The pair have known each other since 2003, when the British actor starred opposite Jennifer's ex-husband Brad Pitt in 'Troy'.

The German catwalk star last month beat Brazilian babe Gisele Bundchen and Adriana Lima to land at number one on the Models.com list.

The popstar and Fall Out Boy Pete Wentz have announced they’re getting married.
Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy guitarist Pete Wentz have announced their engagement.
The happy couple have been together for three years with Ashlee- sister of Jessica- announcing the news in a statement saying:
"We know there has been a lot of speculation recently about Pete and I and we wanted our fans to be the first to know, because you guys are the best. Yes, we are thrilled to share that we are happily engaged.”
She continued: “Thank you for all of your support and well wishes - it means the world to us! We consider this to be a very private matter, but we wanted you to hear it straight from us. - Ashlee and Pete."
It’s certainly refreshing to hear celebs admitting that they are engaged. In Touch magazine reports that Jessica’s parents are pleased.

During one scene Cameron, 35, and a male co-star were play fighting and kissing while Abigail, 11, was filmed holding an umbrella as she walked along the ocean.
My Sister’s Keeper is a movie about a young girl (Abigail) who sues her parents for the right to make her own decisions about how her body is used when a kidney transplant is planned in order to potentially save her older sister. Cameron Diaz plays Sara Fitzgerald, Abigail’s mom in the movie.

The actress - who is famously lacking in the cleavage department - was so impressed when her breasts were digitally enhanced in the promotional poster for new movie 'Fool's Gold', she wants to make them a reality.
She said: "They are so not my boobs - they look too perfect. Seriously, if I ever wanted to have them done, I'd take this poster to the doctor and say, 'This is what I want them to look like.' "
