The Daily News and Post spotted Jordan sitting, per the News, "silently in a lower Manhattan park across the street from the courthouse where he was sentenced." Jordan isn't barred on NYC--he just needs permission to leave Maryland from his probation officer. A NY State probation spokesperson told the News, "We're looking for him now, and if we find him we're telling him he has to leave...He shouldn't be in New York."
Well, clearly, there's a lot of confusion, since Jordan's attorney disagrees, saying his client could have been trying to retrieve some of his property from the cops, "He hasn't been given any orders to stay away from New York or not travel."
Given that Jordan sent Thurman disturbing cards, called her family, and even camped out in a car across from her home, some law enforcement officials are unhappy with the sentence. A police source told the News, "Anyone who has ever spoken to this guy knew that probation was a mistake...He is flatout crazy, and once he goes off his meds - and he will - he'll be right back stalking her. He can't help himself."

The actress ended speculation about the state of her five year marriage in May by releasing a statement confirming she'd split from the British rocker.
But sources tell Star magazine that Tyler has had a change of heart after chatting with married friend Gwyneth Paltrow, and now she wants to salvage her marriage for the sake of her 3-year-old son Milo.
An insider tells the publication, "(She) is desperately sad and thinks she may have made (a) mistake.
"She now feels that no matter how bad it was, they can still make it work. ... Liv even suggested they (her and Langdon) go on a trip together."

Kiefer Sutherland is set to wed for a third time.
The '24' star, whose divorce from Elizabeth Kelly Winn was finalised last month, is reportedly planning to marry his new girlfriend Siobhan Bonnouvrier.
A friend of Kiefer's said: "Now that Kiefer is finally divorced, everyone is hoping he will marry Siobhan. Kiefer is a changed man and Siobhan is just the right woman for him. She is an amazing woman and has transformed Kiefer in just a few short weeks."
Kiefer has been "fit and focused" since he left prison and is ready to commit himself to the 35-year-old magazine director.
The source added: "She isn't the least bit bothered by his fame or wild past and the relationship has blossomed. They are both looking for long-term commitment so they are on the same page in terms of relationship goals.
"Everyone is hoping Kiefer finally settles down and find happiness with her. You can tell just by looking at them they are madly in love."

For the last few days rumors have been circulating that Hilton was expecting a baby with boyfriend Benji Madden, but she has stated that this could not be further from the truth.
According to reports, a green dress that Hilton was seen wearing made it appear that she had a baby bump.
She has in the past, stated that in 2009 she wants to start a family.
A rep for Hilton has also denied the pregnancy allegations.

A party being hosted by Eva Mendes and Calvin Klein to launch the brand’s new fragrance, Secret Obsessions, was shut down on Wednesday evening, Access Hollywood has learned.
The New York party was being held in the same building where actor Heath Ledger died of an accidental overdose, earlier this year.
Mendes, who is the face of the new perfume, was at the event when it was shut down.
The event was closed “due to security reasons,” a source told Access Hollywood.
A rep for Coty Inc., the license for Calvin Klein fragrances released the following statement to Access:
“As a result of ongoing disputes related to the use of the contemplated space, of which it was not aware until shortly before the proposed commencement of the event, Coty felt compelled to cancel the event as Coty did not wish to be embroiled in a dispute to which it was not a party. Calvin Klein, Inc. was not involved in the production of this event.”

Britney Spears' former manager Larry Rudolph has confirmed the star will be hitting the streets of London to shoot the promo for her upcoming single Radar.
The Toxic star is set to film the video in the British capital next week (beg09Jun08), and is determined to get her career back on track by taking a director's role on-set.
Rudolph tells the New York Post , "The theme is her and her girlfriends are going to be looking all around London trying to find a boy who she met in a club. Every time they think they have him, it's someone else.
"She will be behind the camera as much as possible; she wants to make sure it's exactly right."
In April (08) Rudolph, who was reportedly dismissed by the singer after he joined her parents in forcing Spears into rehab last year (07), told reporters how the star is gearing up to make a triumphant return to the charts, saying, "She's in an amazing position for a comeback right now. She could end up being the biggest comeback in history."

Bobby Brown's son Landon has claimed that he enjoyed a fling with Lindsay Lohan in a nightclub's toilets.
The reality TV star said that he was seduced by the actress when he was at a private party in West Hollywood in 2006.
"Me and Lindsay got really, really close," Landon told the National Enquirer. "She followed me to the bathroom during a private party, and, well, we basically got together.
"I think she knew who I was when she first saw me. We were just staring at each other and she walked by. I walked into the bathroom and she followed me in."
He added: "It didn't end badly, but it did end weird. I'm actually trying to get back in touch with her - really soon."
