Nicole Kidman has given birth, his rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.
The actress welcomed a girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, Monday morning.
The baby weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces.
"Husband Keith was by Nicole's side and mother and baby are very well," the rep said.
They are "delighted," the rep added.
After Sunday's birth, Kidman's husband Keith Urban wrote on his Web site: "Earlier this morning, Nic gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. We want to thank everybody that has kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We feel blessed and grateful that we can share this joy with all of you today."
It is the first child for Kidman, 41, and Urban, 40. She has two adopted children – Connor, 13, and Isabella, 15 – with ex Tom Cruise.

Paris Hilton is hoping to team up with fellow tabloid targets Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan for a new reality show about their lives in the spotlight.
The socialite wants to produce the two-hour special, which she hopes will include candid revelations from the stars, reports the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper.
Hilton was reportedly inspired by the success of Denise Richards: It's Complicated and Living Lohan, which are both produced by American Idol host Ryan Seacrest.

He said: "A healthy baby boy was born. Camila and I were side by side the entire time. We are both tired and elated, and are so happy to have created the greatest miracle in the world - having a child and making a family. Now comes the greatest adventure - raising one, together."
The name of the couple's new son has not yet been revealed.

Eva Mendes is "proud" of celebrities who seek help for their addictions to drugs or alcohol.
The 34-year-old actress - who spent time in Utah's Cirque Lodge rehab facility earlier this year - insists people should be praised for their willingness to overcome their problems.
She said: "I'm proud of people who have the determination and the fearlessness to actually go and face their demons and get better."
Eva also refused to confirm the reasons behind her spell in the clinic - which was rumoured to be substance abuse, claims vehemently denied by the 'Ghost Rider' star.
She said: "There are so many lies out there regarding my recent trip to Cirque Lodge. But I don't care what people think. I just don't care - I think now we just know way too much about our celebrities. It's not that interesting when you know that much about people.
"I have no ego about me. It's just better for you not to know, because it really does make me a better actor at the end of the day. You're not going into the movie with all these specifics about me."
During the piece for Interview magazine, Eva expressed her disgust at the interviewer David Colman's joke at the expense of people who rely on support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous.
When he said, "They're going to have to change the name of it to 'Alcoholics Unanimous'!" Eva paused and finally replied, "I'm not making jokes, because people die from this stuff. I'm not angry. I've lost friends, too - even recently. So I can be a little sensitive on the subject."

The movie star's thoughts about the deal were sent in email form to all 44,000 SAG members on Thursday, after Penn had recorded a 30-second phone message, which hit union members earlier this week.
Penn's message comes as SAG members choose whether or not accept the AFTRA deal proposal in a vote on Tuesday.
In the email, Sean writes: "AFTRA's deal not only falls short of fair compensation and protection for actors but just as significantly reflects corporate appeasement that will have an irreversible negative effect on the integrity of the show and the films we perform in.
"They're trying to buy us out, bully us down and, in so doing, they will destroy the very purpose of our work."
SAG and AFTRA bosses have made competing last-minute appeal in a bid to seek fair working conditions and royalty payments for their members as the second major Hollywood strike in a year looms.
AFTRA members are supporting the deal, which is believed to be similar to the one that ended the Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike earlier this year.

"I was so good at hiding it too," the mother-of-two said. "Brilliant."

Jessica Alba is to play Barbarella in a remake of the classic sci-fi movie.
The Sin City and Fantastic Four star will take on the erotic role made famous by Jane Fonda in 1968.
Jessica Alba, 27, landed the part after director Robert Rodriguez split from his actress girlfriend, Rose McGowan.
He had been planning to remake the film with Rose in the leading role, but studio bosses refused to finance the Ł50million scheme because Rose wasn't a big enough name.
An insider said: "Now Rose is out of the picture, Jessica is perfect - she's gorgeous and can be a badass on screen."

Variety.com said the Fox network has given a six-episode order for the as-yet-untitled show, which will feature Ozzy, Sharon, Jack and Kelly Osbourne as co-hosts.
Mike Darnell, Fox's president of alternative programming, told the entertainment industry trade paper the show is to be something along the lines of "The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour" or "Donny and Marie," and will feature musical performances by the Osbournes and others, as well as comedy sketches, audience participation and out-of-studio taped elements.
Darnell told Variety.com he hopes to kick off the Los Angeles-set series with a Christmas special.

"Lindsay hasn't dated any men since she started hanging around with Sam, and there has hardly been a day in the last two months when they have been apart."
Lindsay spoke about her relationship with Samantha, the sister of super-producer Mark Ronson, as she celebrated her 22nd birthday last week.
The actress said: "I just want to live a happy, healthy year, continue on the path that I've been on and be with the person that I care about, and my family."
