Dick, 42, was nabbed around 2 AM in a Riverside County parking lot after he allegedly groped the breasts of a 17-year-old girl and then pulled the teen's tank top and bra down, exposing her breasts (the incident occurred outside the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant).
During a search of Dick, police discovered a small amount of marijuana in his pants pocket and a single Xanax pill for which he did not have a prescription.
An "extremely intoxicated" Dick was booked into the Southwest Detention Center, where bail was set at $5,000.
In May 2004, Dick was arrested on a pot possession charge while attending the Coachella music festival, also in Riverside County.

Amy Winehouse had previously been in the frame to sing the theme song, but sessions with producer Mark Ronson petered out and the pair never received an offer from the film's producers.

Earlier reports have claimed that the magazine wants Brooke Hogan nude and it appears that the story is still being moved towards her giving the magazine offer serious consideration. Kim Kardashian did well with her pictures and certainly she worked the entire stripping for Playboy drama quite well in her reality TV series that features her family "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
“Playboy has asked her to consider doing a cover or at least a photo shoot,” an insider tells Life & Style.
"Every year the magazine features the girls of the WWE, but this would be the daughter of Hulk Hogan!” The magazine muses that there is no word yet on whether Brooke, who turns 21 next May, has consulted her dad on the matter.

Kaplan told the magazine that both Spears, 26, and Federline, 30, reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case.
"At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner."
A hearing in the custody battle was set for 11:30 a.m. ET on Friday.
"Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving," Kaplan added.
