The Hannah Montana star will shut down the theme park for the day on Oct. 5 so she can party with friends, contest winners and fans who pay $250 to hang out with the singer/actress.
Cyrus will also celebrate her big day with Youth Service America volunteers who have been singled out for their community work.
The Disneyland event will be called Miley's Sweet 16 - Share the Celebration, and tickets that go on sale on Aug. 30 are expected to sell out quickly.

Lindsay Lohan and Olympic swimming phenom Michael Phelps. It's a potential celebrity match so scarily of the Zeitgeist that all the celebrity magazine editors' heads would spontaneously combust.
Access Hollywood asked Michael four years ago, at the Athens Olympics, which celebrity he'd most like to meet. Erm, as you do, when you're interviewing an athlete.
Anyway, back in 2004, Michael answered: "Lindsay Lohan. She's pretty hot." So guess what? Four years later, Access Hollywood track down Lindsay - post-Michael's medal-haul - and get a text message response to his comment.
"Tell him he's (expletive) amazing, and I want to meet him," wrote Lindsay. Michael's response? "That's pretty cool". Well, indeed.

A source said: "The two girls make out hardcore, rolling around in a bed. It was a really hot scene."
In "Jennifer's Body", Megan plays a possessed cheerleader who goes on a killing spree murdering her male classmates.
Megan recently hinted she would be sharing a passionate smooch with her co-star Amanda, revealing: "I eat and seduce everyone. There's a lot of kissing everyone – boys and girls. All kinds of craziness."
