The 32-year-old actress' rep is shooting down a tabloid report that Reid and her fashion executive boyfriend, Julien Jarmoune, are engaged.
"Not true," the rep says. "It's just a bunch of lies and rumors."
The rep did, however, confirm that the two are dating.

Eva Longoria has once again shot down rumors that she is pregnant with her and husband Tony Parker's first child. The actress, who has been sporting a slightly fuller figure, tells the Le Grand Journal that she has just gained weight.
“I’m just fat!” Longoria says as she laughs off pregnancy speculation.
Her weight gain has previously been blamed on her ‘Desperate Housewives’ character Gabrielle Solis. Housewives creator Marc Cherry says Longoria cut her hair and put on a few extra pounds for the next season of the show because her character has turned into a run-down mother of two.“Gaby is having a very tough time being the mother of two overweight, hyperactive children,” Cherry told Us Weekly. “But Eva is having a marvelous time playing her!”

Adds Ferrera, 24: "I mean, I love Blake [Lively, her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-star]; she’s a wonderful friend of mine, but shows like Gossip Girl kind of condition us to be mean."
