A renowned music manager has dealt Lindsay Lohan's younger sister Ali Lohan a devastating career blow, by insisting he has no "interest or intention" of adding the wannabe pop star to his celebrity-packed roster.
Dina Lohan, mum and manager of Lindsay and Ali, was reportedly desperate to get Ali a deal with Johnny Wright - who has made a name for himself by looking after superstars such as Justin Timberlake and The Jonas Brothers.
Last month, Dina's representative told the New York Post's PageSix column that she and Ali were expecting to meet with Wright's firm to discuss ways to further Ali's stalled music career.
Her first single, All The Way Around, from her debut Lp, failed to set the U.S. Billboard chart alight when it was released earlier this year.
But Wright claims neither he nor his company were ever scheduled to meet with Dina.
In a statement to PageSix, Wright says, "Johnny Wright would like to set the record straight regarding his involvement with Ali Lohan.
"Johnny Wright has never met with Ali Lohan, has never been introduced to Ali Lohan, nor has he had a meeting with Ali or Dina Lohan regarding Ali's music career.
"While he wishes Ali Lohan the best in all her endeavors, Mr. Wright has never had any intention of speaking with Ali Lohan regarding her career. Any story that has surfaced about such a meeting holds no merit and is completely false."
Wright adds, "Wright Entertainment Group has never had any interest or intention of adding Ali Lohan as an artist on the company's roster, which currently includes Justin Timberlake, Jonas Brothers, Janet Jackson and Ciara amongst others."

Halle Berry may be a mommy of a certain age, but the men's magazine Esquire says the Oscar-winning actress is still the Sexiest Woman Alive.
In an article posted on Tuesday on the magazine's website (www.esquire.com), Berry poses in a parody of a 2000 cover photograph of former U.S. President Bill Clinton, and writes about what she thinks of winning Esquire's annual honor for the first time.
"Well, I don't know exactly what it means but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I'll take it," Berry wrote.
Esquire said it dressed Berry in a racier version of Clinton's suit jacket and blue tie to recreate an iconic cover for its 75th anniversary celebration.
Berry starred last year in the movie "Things We Lost in the Fire" and is due to star next year in "Frankie and Alice," a film about a woman with multiple personality disorder.
In the Esquire article, Berry describes things she finds sexy. It turns out that spaghetti and wine are major turn-ons.
"Sexy is not about wearing sexy clothes or shaking your booty until you damn near get hip dysplasia; it's about knowing that sexiness is a state of mind -- a comfortable state of being," she said.
Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton have reportedly revived their bitter feud online - by setting up rival Facebook groups.
The socialite and the actress famously fell out two years ago over Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos III and have apparently done their best to avoid each other ever since.
Now Lindsay has been credited with creating a childish group on the networking website entitled 'Paris Wets Herself' in an extremely delayed response to the heiress's 'Firecrotch' comments.
Visitors to the Paris-hating group are invited to join and comment on the socialite's uncontrollable bladder, citing apparent situations where Paris simply couldn't hold it in:

And Williams says the pain of being apart from her beloved bandmates left her heartbroken - she would burst into tears at the mere mention of their names.
She tell's Britain's You magazine, "We all went through a depression when Destiny's Child broke up.
"I remember going out to lunch with a friend and he asked how Beyonce and Kelly were and I burst into tears because I missed them so much and he suggested I needed counselling! It wasn't that bad, just a natural response after spending so much time together."

Teen sensation Vanessa Hudgens has bought her first home - for a cool $2.75 million.
The 19-year-old High School Musical star is looking to move out of her family home after purchasing a new place in Studio City, California.
The new pad comes with six bedrooms, a pool, spa and landscaped tropical waterfalls.
Hudgens has snapped up a bargain - according to the Los Angeles Times newspaper, the property was originally on the market for almost $3.3 million.

Jennifer Lopez has openly admitted that she suffered a nervous breakdown a few years ago on the set of her film Enough.
The singer- who recently gave birth to twins Emme and Max – confesses that she didn't want people to think she was falling apart at the time so she just carried on adding to her stress.
Jen tellsThe Daily Beast that she broke down on set: 'I was like - I don't want to move. I don't want to talk. I don't want to do anything. I had a nervous breakdown.
“There were no signs leading up to it. You really don't know what's happening at first. I was going, what's going on?
“It's funny what tricks your mind plays on you. I just didn't want people to think I was falling apart.'”
The pop star also admits that having the babies did elevate her stress levels again:
“At the tenth day after giving birth all that chemical stuff did peak - that hormone thing - and I did cry a lot that day because I was having so much trouble moving (after her caesarean section).”

"Michael Douglas is the rightful heir to the throne of the royal family of American film," Howard Stringer, chair of the AFI board, said in announcing the honor. "Though he is most beloved as one of the great leading men of the movies, Michael is also a most accomplished film producer and, ultimately, an artist whose films have been elevated in the pantheon of American film."
Douglas' father, Kirk, was similarly lauded by the AFI in 1991.
Douglas has won two Oscars a best actor nod for 1987's "Wall Street" and a best picture win for producing 1975's "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest."
His upcoming films include "Beyond a Reasonable Doubt" and "The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past."

And just as Brit is getting her life back on track the paparazzo has confirmed that he will sell the footage to bidders “for the right price”.

There have been rumours of the tapes existence since the couple split in January but only now have they been confirmed.
