Paris Hilton was spotted out with punk rock chick Avril Lavigne at Villa Lounge saturday night (November 21).
The “House of Wax” cutie looked to be having a good time with the “Hot” singer, looking cute in a black, yellow, and grey dress with a yellow headband, while Lavigne rocked a multicolored hoodie.
According to eyewitnesses, Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and brother Benji were also at Villa, having arrived earlier in the evening. However, instead of Paris leaving with her ex-man, she followed Avril out the door.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are rumoured to be married - no this isn't a special episode of The Hills...
The unconfirmed news first broke via gossip site Perez Hilton, with suggestions that the pair walked down the aisle in a secret ceremony on a beach in Mexico on November 20th.
If you believe everything you read, the exchanging of the vows took place on Palmilla Resort, just outside Cabo San Lucas. In a quick 15 minute ceremony, Heidi and Spencer were married without any members of their family present.
A source close to the couple is reported to have confirmed that the pair got married: “They got married in Mexico,”
To add more fuel to the rumour, this is – according to the Internet, what Spencer's wedding vows were to Heidi:
“Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you. You are the light in my life like the Sun to the Earth! Your loving warmth makes me want to be a better person. Being with you, I feel complete. I'm honoured to even be able to call you my wife. What seems like fiction may actually be fact after Hills co-star Audrina Patridge told OK! Magazine:
"I'm very excited for Heidi and Spencer and wish them a lifetime of happiness together,"

Just weeks after splitting with oil heir love Balthazar Getty, Sienna Miller has thrown herself back into the London dating scene.
The Alfie star has been spotted enjoying a cosy date with American actor Josh Hartnett, who is currently living in the capital while he stars in the new West End production of Rain Man.
The London Paper has reported that the pair were spotted at the exclusive Shoreditch House members' bar in East London last week.
A source revealed "They definitely looked like a couple - and a good looking one at that! At one point, they were holding hands across the table, but they quickly hid them underneath."
The couple are reported to have stayed until late into the night, with an onlooker revealing "They looked really cosy as they dined, gazing into each other's eyes, smiling and laughing. There was definitely a buzz in the air."

Britney Spears' long awaited comeback has landed her a new award for her mantelpiece - organisers of a German media event will honour her return to music this month (Nov08).
The singer, 26, has been named as the recipient of the Bambi award for Best International Pop Star - an annual television and media prize awarded by the Hubert Burda Media Group.
Event organisers have hailed Spears as an inspiration after she bounced back following a tumultuous last 12 months - which has seen her lose custody of her kids to ex-husband Kevin Federline, shave off all her hair, and endure two stints in hospital.
The Toxic hitmaker will collect her award at the ceremony on Thursday (27Nov08), when she will also perform.
Event host Hubert Burda says, "Britney Spears is back. Radiant and better than ever, the erstwhile teenie (sic) idol has reclaimed her throne."
Another official adds, "Her stunning comeback from an absolute low point impressed all of us."
Spears' new album Circus is scheduled for release on 2 December (08) - to mark her 27th birthday.

The 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' actress - who has been dating Oscar-winning star Javier since August - is said to be furious after Javier broke their agreement to take a year-long sabbatical to star in new movie 'Biutiful'.
A source said: "Penelope and Javier wanted to take a year off after 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' to concentrate on their romance and spend some quality time together. But Javier couldn't resist the chance to star in Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu's new film.
"Penelope is really angry because she turned down a few really good roles because she was so committed to their sabbatical."

Kate Moss and rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince turned up to a party covered in bruises, because of a bizarre Christmas accident.
The supermodel, 34, had cuts and bruises to her face, while The Kills guitarist, 39, sported a black eye at the Christmas lights switch-on at Stella McCartney's London store.
The couple claim Jamie opened Kate's attic to get out Christmas baubles and holly and the boxes fell on their heads.
A fellow guest told the Daily Star: "Jamie and Kate couldn't stop chuckling when people gingerly asked about their injuries.
"He said he was on a ladder and she was waiting at the bottom for him to pass down the boxes of decorations.
"But he lost his grip on one and heavy decorations landed on their heads."
The injuries did not stop the couple partying at Shoreditch House with Stella, 37, and her husband Alasdhair Willis.

She always manages to look elegant and sleek whenever she appears on the red carpet.
No other details about the ad campaign were available. Holmes' rep has not commented on the reports.
If the reports are true, Holmes will follow in the footsteps of other stars who posed for the line including Kristen Dunst, Lindsay Lohan and Vanessa Paradis.

Actress Denise Richards is set to begin filming a second season of her reality TV show "It's Complicated," after network bosses gave her the green light for another series.
Richards' TV return had previously been in doubt amid reports the show had been cancelled after receiving poor viewing figures. Richards hit back at the claims by insisting TV executives at E! had picked up a second season, more than a month before an official decision had been made.
But she can now breathe a sigh of relief after the news was confirmed on Wednesday.
