Oblivious smoker Salma Hayek may not have gotten a honeymoon or a big fancy wedding but on-again hubby Francois Henri Pinault more than made up for it by purchasing a wedding ring the size and price of a private island.
Salma Hayek was spotted at the Balenciaga fashion show in Paris today.
The “From Dusk Til Dawn” actress and her new husband Francois-Henri Pinault looked happy as they strolled past the paparazzi and into the Spring/Summer 09 Fashion Week festivities.
Always dressed to impress, Hayek looked springy in a green top paired with a black skirt, black shoes, and a black jacket, while Pinault sported a black trench coat, white button-up, and black trousers.

Doing her best to boost interest in her new autobiography, Miley Cyrus held a book signing at a Barnes & Noble bookstore in midtown Manhattan on Thursday afternoon.
The “Hannah Montana” starlet happily greeted fans and signed autographs as she dished out copies of “Miles To Go”.
Miley Cyrus is only 17, but she has already released her autobiography, Miles to Go. It covers the first 16 years of her life, and in the book she talks about everything from her first love to the bullies that hazed her mercilessly in 6th grade.
“Everyone goes through hardships and heartbreaks,” says Cyrus to People magazine. “Sometimes I wish I could get an apology, but to be honest, I don’t need one. I moved on, and I believe they moved on as well.”
She also writes about “Prince Charming,” her name for her first love, who is widely believed to be Nick Jonas, and her co-stars and family. About her family, Cyrus says, “They were involved in the process [of writing the autobiography] and we talked a lot about what I was going to write about.
When asked why she has chosen to open up about her life now, Cyrus says she hopes fans will understand “that I’m a real person just like them.”

The singer was snapped putting a protective hand over her stomach as she left a Santa Monica restaurant this week.

Justin Long and Ginnifer Goodwin have sparked rumors they are dating after attending a post-Oscars party hand-in-hand, according to U.S. tabloid reports.
The actors have both been single since splitting from their respective partners -- Long broke up with Drew Barrymore last year, while Goodwin called off her engagement to Chris Klein in December.
And although the good pals have previously denied their friendship is anything more than platonic, Star magazine claims they have grown closer in recent weeks and put their romance on display at Vanity Fair's Hollywood bash on February 22.
A source tells the tabloid, "(They) were very close. She was stroking his arm, he was kissing her cheek, and they held hands all evening.
"They were trying to be cool, but it was obvious they're a couple."
And the insider alleges a romance has always been a possibility, adding, "She's always secretly had a crush on him."

An official sworn statement in the Chris Brown and Rihanna case reveals details surrounding the alleged attack which took place on February 7.
In the police report - obtained by Entertainment Tonight - the Barbadian pop star is said to have angered Chris after confronting him about a text on his phone from another woman.
The Run It singer reportedly pulled over his Lamborghini and attempted to push Rihanna – real name Robyn Fenty - out of the passenger seat, striking her head against the window in the process.
The document goes onto say that the R&B star repeatedly punched his girlfriend in the face, bit into her ear and fingers and applied pressure to the arteries in her neck, all the while continuing to drive his car.
He then threatened her life, shouting, "I'm going to beat the s**t out of you when we get home! You wait and see," according to the report.
The document states that the Disturbia star placed a call to her personal assistant, prompting Chris to protest, "You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!"
According to the document, Rihanna began screaming for help, at which point Chris got out of the car and walked away as a bystander called the police.
The Kiss Kiss star has been charged with two felonies for with making criminal threats and faces anywhere from probation to four years and eight months in a state prison, according to the district attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons.

"Christopher B and Robyn F have been involved in a dating relations for approx 1 and half year. On Sunday Feb 8 at 25 hours Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robin F picked brown,s cellular phone and picked up a three-page text message from a woman Brown had had a previous relationship with.
"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled a vehicle over in an unknown street. Reach over Robyn F with his right hand and open the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehcile causing an approx 1 inch raised circular contusion.
"Robyn F turned to face Brown and punched her in the left eye with right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F Osmouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle. Brown looked at Robyn F and stated "I am going to beat the s–t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!?
"Robyn F picked her cellular phone and called her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales. Rosales did not answer the telephone but while her vm greeting was playing Robyn F pretended to talk to her and stated "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there? (this statement was made while greeting was playing and was not captured) after Robyn f faked the call, Brown and looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I really am going to kill you.'
"Brown resumed punching Robyn F and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist placing her elbows and face near her lap and in attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied by Brown. Brown continued to punch Robyn F on her left arm and hands, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps that was approx 2 inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand. Robyn f attempted to send another text message to other personal assistant Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window to an unknown street. Brown continued driving and Robyn F observed his cellular phone in his lap. She picked up the cellular phone with her left hand, and before she could make a call, he placed her in a head lock with right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.
"Brown held Robyn F close to him and bit her on her left hear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of [address] and Robyn F turned off the car removed the key from inignition and sat on it. Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F left and right carotid arteries causing her to be unable to breath. She began to lose consciousness. She reached up with her left hand and began to attempting to gauge his eyes in attempt to flee herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and released her. While brown continued to punch her she turned around a place her back to against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest and placed her feet against Brown,s body and began pushing him away.
"Brown continued to punch her on legs and feet causing several contusions. Robyn F began screaming for help. And Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighbor heard Robyn F,s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F was issued a domestic violence protective order (EPO). Affiant conducted an interview with Melissa Ford who advised on Feb. 8 2009 at 2500 hours she received a phone call from Robin F from an unknown telephone number later identified as the telephone number of Officer Chavez. Robin F had advised Ford that she had been assaulted by Brown. At approx at 1 am Brown called Ford as nothing happened. Ford advised Brown that she had already talked to Robin F and was aware of what happened. Ford had advised brown that the neighbors had called police and that they were with Robyn F. Brown had asked Ford if robin F had provided police with his name. And ford advised him that she had. Brown hung up the telephone and did not call back.
"On Feb. 8, Brown turned himself in and was given a copy of the EPO and advised to not contact Robyn.
"On Feb. 17 Ford advised the affiant that she had received text messages from … a number that Ford recognized as belonging to Brown. In the text message Brown apologized for what he had done to Robin F. and advised Ford he was going to get help."

Brad Pitt showed off an ageing silver goatee yesterday, while visiting politicians in Washington DC.
The Oscar-nominated actor was in DC to meet with the leader of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, to speak about his New Orleans charity, Make it Right, which builds low-cost, environmental housing for those who lost their homes to Hurricane Katrina.
Three years ago, Pitt pledged £3.4million to help rebuild the devastated area. Since then, 150 eco-houses have been built and there are more in the pipeline.
Since Obama took office, the government has promised a further $438million to help regenerate New Orleans and the other Gulf Coast communities who were hit hardest by Katrina.
However, while politics and charity was the order of the day, Pitt's smart, three-piece suited and booted turnout didn't quite distract from his greying beard.
Still, the man is 45 and, dare we say it, pulls off the silver fox look quite nicely.

Rihanna’s bloodstains found in Chris Brown’s hired Lamborghini will be serving as solid proof of the alleged attack she suffered at his hands.
Radar Online obtained some interior photos of Chris Brown's Lamborghini taken shortly after he beat up Rihanna in it. Her blood can be seen in more than a few spots.
The Forensic experts have revealed that the car’s interiors include blood stains, scuff marks and damage, all of which stand proof of a “terrible struggle”.

Amy Winehouse was charged with assault Friday over an incident in central London last September, police and her spokeswoman said.
The 25-year-old "Back to Black" songstress is to appear in court later this month over the incident at a charity ball, she said.
"Amy Winehouse appears on bail at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday March 17 charged with common assault in connection with an incident at Berkeley Square on September 26, 2008," said a Scotland Yard spokesman.
A spokesman for Winehouse said: "Amy voluntarily attended a police station in London yesterday morning. She was questioned by appointment in relation to an accusation made after the Berkeley Ball last year.
"She was charged with common assault and will attend a court hearing in the coming weeks."
Winehouse has allegedly struggled with a drug habit, while her husband Blake Fielder-Civil has sought divorce on the grounds of her adultery, his lawyer said in January.

Continuing along with a full day of filming, Angelina Jolie showed off her athletic prowess as she shot a few action scenes on the set of “Salt” on Thursday.

Initially, “Salt,” an action-packed film about a spy believed to be working as a double agent, was meant to have Tom Cruise as the main star. When he pulled out of the project, they had him replaced with Angelina Jolie. Now, courtesy of Sony Pictures Entertainment, fans can have a first glimpse at how Angelina will look like Evelyn Salt, the main character in the upcoming film.
From what the pictures are showing, Jolie will be donning several wigs and different disguises, in a bid to confuse the viewer into not knowing which is the real her.
The supermodel and her NASCAR driver hubby, Burney Lamar, welcomed a daughter on Wednesday, the day before Taylor's 33rd birthday, according to People.
Ceil Taylor Lamar weighed in at 7-pounds-8-ounces, and was born in Nashville near the couple's home in Brentwood, Tenn.

Lindsay Lohan was photographed with red marks on her wrist last night, reigniting rumours she self-harms.
The actress revealed what appeared to be fesh cuts on her left arm as she chatted on her cell phone while being driven home by girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
The pair had spent the evening at the Villa night club in West Hollywood.
Lindsay's suspected self-harming first made the headlines in 2006 when she attended the World Music Awards with cuts and scars along her arm, as well as a burn in the shape of a figure eight.
Then in September last year she showed up to the Ugly Betty premiere with a series of faint scars on her left arm.
An unnamed source said at the time, “Lindsay has locked herself in the bathroom and cut herself in the past. Sam is aware of this and has hidden razors from Lindsay.
“Her parents found out that she was hurting herself again about two months ago and even started planning an intervention. But it never took place because Lindsay got wind of it and her mom, Dina, backed down.”
