Victoria'S Secret Angel Marisa Miller works hard for her stunning six-pack and her secret involves a lot of sweating, socking and splashing, reports Foxnews.com.
"I box a lot, I spin and I surf," Miller told Tarts at the launch of Naturally Victoria’s Secret Beauty at The Grove in Los Angeles on Saturday.
"I try to mix it up. I obviously have to be in shape 24 hours and the gym can be super monotonous, so I just get outside and try to make it fun so my body doesn’t get bored."
So what is Marisa’s secret to being catwalk ready?
“Skin is huge and there are so many great bronzers. Self tanners were a little funky ten years ago but the color is a lot better now. That’s the most important thing, if you have a little glow it really hides imperfections - bruises, spider veins, we all have little cellulite.”
“When you have that glow and you’re moisturized the light hits you in a different way. Especially after winter we have really dry skin it’s important to exfoliate, moisturize and do a self-tanner.”

Christina Applegate is planning a return to Broadway - four years after making her debut on the New York stage.
The California-born actress admits she has longed to return to theatre since her stint in the 2005 revival of Sweet Charity, which earned her a Tony Award nomination for best actress in a musical.
And while she's currently filming her U.S. TV comedy Samantha Who? in Los Angeles, Applegate insists returning to the Big Apple is among her many ambitions, because the city feels like a second home.
She says, "I've always felt so safe and good here. I felt like myself. I want to come back here and do some Broadway. I want to do small films, I want to continue with the show, I want to travel."

Actress Lindsay Lohan is suffering the effects of the global economic crisis - her financial problems have reportedly forced her to borrow money from her girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
Lohan admitted her money troubles in a recent interview with Nylon magazine, telling the publication she is struggling to pay the mortgage on her Los Angeles home as she has not made a movie since 2007 box office flop I Know Who Killed Me.
And now the New York Daily News is reporting that Lohan's cash crisis has deepened due to her excessive spending, leaving her borrowing from her DJ partner to support her extravagant lifestyle.
A source tells the publication, "Lindsay is spending like crazy! She’s living on credit right now. She has no cash. The problem is, the money being spent is mostly Sam’s because Lindsay doesn’t really have any of her own at the moment. Sam really thinks Lindsay needs to learn how to become a recessionista and manage her money better."
While another insider adds, "Lindsay’s money situation has never been great, but it’s only gotten worse over the last month. For every dollar she makes, she spends double. Her personal appearance fees are literally the only thing keeping her afloat. Because of her explosive relationship with Sam, she’s unable to get the type of cash she’s used to. The negative press and constant appearance cancellations are hurting her pocketbook.”

The socialite - who is currently dating The Hills star Doug Reinhardt - has revealed she is keeping her best dresses for daughters and has picked a room to be a nursery in her LA pad.
She has previously given up drinking and partying in an attempt to have a baby.
Further fueling speculation the 28-year-old is ready to settle down are reports that Reinhardt is planning to propose.
"Doug is smitten with Paris and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. He's already found the perfect ring, asked her father for permission and is now waiting for the right time to pop the question," a source recently said.
"Doug bought Paris a $10,000 teacup Pomeranian dog when they were in Japan recently. He went to all her appearances and shoots and would just stare at her adoringly. He says she's the hottest girl on the planet.
"Paris thinks Doug is handsome, generous and fun to be with."
