Wearing a pair of tight ripped jeans, the actress showed off her dangerously fat free limbs and looked a world away from her normally healthy athletic build.
Cameron presented the Big Green Help award to Leonardo DiCaprio for his work with children and their role in saving the environment.

The 'Hannah Montana' star was overcome with emotion when she beat Beyonce Knowles, Alicia Keys and Rihanna to be named Favourite Female Singer at the ceremony, which was held at the University of California, Los Angeles' Pauley Pavilion on Saturday (28.03.09).
Praising the fans who vote for the winners, she said: "I really thought I was going to lose, so thank you guys. I'm so excited. I know this isn't like the Oscars, but it's still amazing because unlike any other awards show, it's all because of you guys."

According to E! News, actor Zac Efron, 21, sent gossip blogger Perez Hilton an interesting birthday gift.
Perez Hilton was celebrating his 31st birthday, Saturday, at the Viper Room in Hollywood, where he received a bottle of champagne and a note from Efron. The note read, “Perez, Happy Birthday, May this year bring you lots of love, luck, and celebrity meltdowns. Zac.”
Hilton said of the gift, “Zac Efron just sent a big bottle of champagne to my room and I started freaking out like a little girl! I almost cried; I think I did cry a little bit.”
The Jonas Brothers sang “Happy Birthday” to Hilton, and Christina Aguilera performed a special routine for the celebrity writer.

She said: "I don't date boys my own age."
Hayden insists she wouldn't want any of her children to follow in her footsteps because the entertainment industry is so critical.
She explained: "I think you have to be a pretty strong person to enter the industry that young and not be affected by it.
"I was lucky, but I'd never want my kids to be subject to that much criticism at such a young age.
"There's a lot of criticism. It blows my mind that people want to find flaws and things to pick at. Growing up with the pressure to be thin and the fact that TV adds at least 5lbs? it was tough."
