During a late-April visit to the Vancouver set of the hit film's sequel, New Moon, he asked Kristen, 19, to be his bride, Star has learned — and was crushed when she said no!
"Michael wants to be with her forever," says a source. "They've been together three years, and he feels they're ready to take the leap."
While Kristen adores former Will & Grace star Michael, 21, "she feels she's too young to get married," says the source.
Not that she's permanently ruling out a walk down the aisle with him.
"She thinks she'll wed when she's maybe 25. In the end, Michael's OK with waiting. He'd do anything for her."

TV actress Jennifer Love Hewitt sparks rumors that she is carrying a bun in the over after she has been spotted purchasing a pregnancy test. According to Star Magazine, she was spotted buying the stuff on April 29 at a CVS Pharmacy in Studio City, Calif.
Adding fuel to the not-yet confirmed pregnancy speculation, Jennifer is often spotted wearing flowy, high-waisted dresses since her alleged drugstore visit.
"If she is expecting, then it was totally unplanned and would come as a shock," a friend of Jennifer and her actor boyfriend Jamie Kennedy testifies. "Jennifer has always said she wants kids, but she was definitely thinking later rather than sooner."

Former American Idol runner up, Katharine McPhee was running a few errands yesterday, when she ran into a gaggle of paparazzi. What she didn't expect was that a stranger would take control of the situation in a way that was maybe a little to "hands on" for Katharine.
Katharine was surprised and startled by a woman who took it upon herself to make sure she made it through the photographer crowed. The lady was shoeing them away from her and then suddenly grabs McPhee by the arm and runs with her.
I just love the expressions on Katharine's face. It goes from disgust, to confusion and then surprise.

A brick courtyard at the front of the walled and gated property leads to the entrance of the rough-hewn stone and wood residence. The key feature is a baronial wood-paneled living room with a cathedral ceiling and large fireplace.
A wide brick terrace on the garden side overlooks an inground pool, and there are two guesthouses on the property.

Lindsay Lohan’s home showed “evidence” of a break-in on Tuesday,
According to TMZ, police got a call from Lindsay Lohan's home security company at around 3 PM pacific time on Tuesday saying the alarm had been tripped at her Los Angeles mansion. Police arrived to see evidence of a burglary including pry marks on the back door and tampering with a window, indicative of forced entry.
Although a preliminary review led them to believe that nothing was missing, the place was ransacked.
A law enforcement source told the website that upon first inspection, it looked like the place was ransacked, but now they believe that that was just how Lindsay Lohan had left it - very, very messy.
According to E! News, police spokesperson Karen Reyner released a statement saying, "It was an attempted burglary. No property was taken and no one was home at the time of the incident." Lindsay is currently in Paris with her sister, Ali.
A source close to the matter also allegedly told E! that a man who was supposedly stalking and threatening the actress is currently a "person of interest" in the case.

Ashley urges critics not to dismiss her line as just another celebrity brand by taking a pop a fellow actress-turned-'designer' Jessica Simpson.
She adds: "The outside perception is very different because you do have celebrity brands, people like Jessica Simpson and Kimora Lee Simmons, and those are celebrity brands because they have their names on it."
