According to one insider, he has been spotted with Patridge a number of times since.
The source says, "Audrina is into him."
And the publication reports the reality TV beauty has even been spotted leaving the apartment building where Pine lives early in the morning.

The actress was in Canada with her fiancé while her Los Angeles home was hit some time in the last couple of weeks.
Clothes, shoes, jewellery and a TV set were among the items taken, a friend of the actress told People.com.

Police say a South Beach store owned by reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her sisters has been vandalized.
Miami Beach Police spokeswoman Deborah Doty said Tuesday that a section of the front window of the store, Dash Miami, was scratched and the letters "GUK" were painted in black on the window frame.
On her Web site Kourtney Kardashian said that a store employee discovered the vandalism.
She said the graffiti wasn't targeting her or her sisters Kim and Khloe.
The store has yet to open, but it will be featured in a new reality show.

"We sat them in a private area of the restaurant, a private room off the main dining room," according to the restaurant's owner, Rob Olsen. "They were there for about an hour. They left around 1 a.m. They had dinner and drinks. They appeared to enjoy themselves."
According to Olsen, A-Rod frequents the Mustang Grill. "He's here a couple times a week," he says. "He comes with his buddies after the game."
