ive definitely hit the pole a time or two just for fun but wanted to learn the best ways to use it to get my body in smokin shape and look hottttt while doing it. i decided to take a professional lesson and had fitness instructor Estee Zakar come to my house to show me how to swing like a pro! its one of those things that people think they could never do but its a LOT easier than it looks...TRUST ME!!!!
this is one of the best ways to work out and at the same time get your significant other worked up...just ask hank lolololol.
tomorrow ill post a video from my lesson so you can get some pointers on how to master the pole!!!

Newlywed couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have reportedly quit "I'm a Celebrity -- Get Me Out of Here!" just hours after the reality show premiered on TV on Monday.
The stars were sent into the Costa Rican jungle with former supermodel Janice Dickinson and actors Stephen Baldwin and Lou Diamond Phillips over the weekend in preparation for the celebrity survivor competition.
They allegedly threatened to walk from the set immediately afterward after deciding they wanted to go home, but were convinced by NBC TV executives to stay and battle on.
However, TMZ.com reports Montag and Pratt walked out of the show late on Monday after the season's first live telecast.
The DailyFill.com reports that Montag's sister, Holly, and "Celebrity" castmember Stephen Baldwin's brother, Daniel, will be their replacements.

Lady GaGa looks set to court more controversy with the video to her new single Paparzzi.
The video, which can be watched below, includes a lesbian romp, violence and steamy dancing.
The singer has been forced to release the video earlier than planned after it leaked online.
In a message on Twitter, Lady GaGa said: "Stop leaking my motherfucking videos."
Earlier this week, the 23-year-old star told American music magazine Rolling Stone men were intimidated by her bisexuality.
"The fact that I'm into women, they're all intimidated by it," she said.

Lily Allen was left red-faced during a videoshoot on Monday when a wardrobe malfunction left her baring a breast.
The Smile hitmaker donned a full-length one-shouldered dress to film the promo for upcoming single 22.
But a sudden gust of wind left the singer baring all and she was forced to hurriedly cover up.
A source tells Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "Lily is in fantastic shape and was keen to show off her curves. As with most of her videos, there are quite a few surprises in store."
