Kim recently admitted she will one day have plastic surgery. "I would probably get my boobs done after I have kids. I think every woman needs a good lift after they have kids, so I would start with that," she says. "You never know what I would need - it depends on what I would look like when I get older. But I would definitely do something."

Boarding a watercraft, Miller and Getty shared a few romantics kisses as they joined a group of family and friends as they boated from Positano to Nerano to lunch at a restaurant called Lo Scoglio.
After finishing up their meal, the group then made their way back to Positano, taking to the same hotel in which they shared last summer.

She may be only 16, but Miley Cyrus is proving quite the veteran when it comes to posing for controversial photos.
In a new picture posted on micro-blogging site Twitter, the teen star smoulders and pouts in a tight vest and shorts as she straddles a chair in a dressing room.
The suggestive photo was taken by film-maker Adam Shankman, who is producing the Hannah Montana star's new film The Last Song.
In another image, Miley pulls a sexy face as she sidles up to 44-year-old Adam, who is openly gay.
Hairspray director Adam posed the pictures, which were taken on location in Georgia, on his Twitter site.
Defending the images, Adam said: 'Miley is a sweet angel who works tirelessly and endlessly, and is allowed to have fun in the make up room.
'Seriously. Lighten up or no more behind the scenes pics. She's like my angel little sister.'

Denise Richards, who worked with Bollywood heartthrob Akshay Kumar in upcoming film 'Kambakkht Ishq', says she enjoyed locking lips with the actor as he is a "good kisser".
An impressed Richards has branded the actor India's "sexiest star", Contactmusic reported.
"Akshay was so down to earth and very genuine. He made me feel very comfortable, plus he's a good kisser! I can see why he's India's sexiest actor!," Richards said.
Directed by Sabbir Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film also features Hollywood actors Sylvester Stallone and Brandon Routh apart from Denise Richards in key roles.
Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor play the lead in the movie, which is slated to hit theatres this July.

Screen Gems president Clint Culpepper said he has been hoping Cher would return to a starring role on the big screen. Getting her for the film required the studio to find room in her busy schedule of touring and performing in Las Vegas, Variety reports.
"She brings a soulfulness and gravitas to this character that will ground the story," Culpepper said. "The only person who was more excited than I am is Christina."
Production will begin in November.

Christina Milian's longtime music video director Ray Kay has confirmed the star is to wed R&B singer/producer The-Dream after blogging about attending the couple's engagement party in Las Vegas on Friday.
Milian, who has been romantically linked to the Umbrella songwriter since February (09), sparked rumours she was heading down the aisle with The-Dream after she was recently spotted wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger.
The singer/actress dismissed the claims, insisting rumours she was engaged were "pretty funny".
However, Kay appears to have let slip the stars' happy news after joining the couple's friends and family at the Palms Resort & Casino to toast their impending nuptials.
Writing on social networking site Twitter.com on Friday, he said, "I'm at Christina Milian and Dream's engagement party in Vegas."
