Hayden Panettiere seems to have moved on after her transatlantic fling with T4 host Steve Jones... to Lindsay Lohan's millionaire ex.
The Heroes actress, who turns 20 today, was spotted enjoying a romantic walk on the beach with nightclub and restaurant owner Harry Morton, 28.
Prompting speculation the pair are dating, they laughed and held hands as they walked Harry's two dogs in Malibu.
Dog lover Hayden, who has two of her own named Penny Lane and Madison, was full of energy as she ran after Harry's pets and threw balls for them.
Dressed casually in a pair of rolled-up skinny jeans, a woollen coat and thick-rimmed black glasses, Hayden looked relaxed and comfortable in Harry's company.
An onlooker said: "The couple seemed extremely happy."

Actress Hayden Panettiere has revealed that she loves to roam around naked in her house.
And the ‘Heroes’ star admits she’s often caught by roommate.
“The last person to see me naked was my stylist. But it’s usually my roommate, who is my best friend - she sees me buck-naked all the time. She walks in and I’m like, ‘Look, I’m naked! Naked girl!’ Contactmusic quoted Panettiere as saying.
“I’ve had so many embarrassing moments. You name it, I’ve done it. I’m always falling on my face!” she added.
Although the 19-year-old beauty admits that she’s comfortable with her body, she sometimes can be jealous of other people and it is one of her worst features.
“I hate it whenever I feel envy or jealous in any respect. It’s such a terrible feeling, and such a silly thing to feel,” she added.

One of Jay-Z and Beyonce's bodyguards has been caught on camera appearing to lash out a member of paparazzi in Croatia.
The bodyguard is alleged to have pushed over 57-year-old cameraman Dragon Banovic after he followed the couple through the city's streets.
In a video of the incident, the minder can be heard warning Banovic to keep his distance as Jay-Z and Beyonce make their way back to a small boat following dinner.
But when he continues to film, the bodyguard appears to lash out at the cameraman, who falls to the ground.
Banovic then follows the party to the harbour where a tripod strikes the couple's minder on the back.
In the video, Jay-Z can be heard saying to his bodyguard: "Let's go, let's go, don't worry about it" and "stop stop stop".
But the man then climbs out of the boat with the tripod to confront the cameraman, before throwing it into the sea.
According to Sky News, local police are investigating the incident. Spokespeople for both stars have yet to comments.
