Haylie Duff stars as Claudia, a nanny for the wealthy Tyrrell family. Claudia has a wonderful job, a loving boyfriend, and a bright future ahead of her. The singer has enjoyed another year of stellar successes after last year, with smash hit songs Single Ladies and If I Were A Boy, a number one album, a sold-out world tour, and an invite to sing at US President Barack Obama's inauguration this year, reports billboard.com.
Staff at music industry publication Billboard decided the superstar deserves recognition for her achievements and will honour her at their Women In Music event Oct 2 this year.
Previous winners include R&B singer Ciara and country star Reba McEntire.

Here's the three burglary suspects caught on camera breaking into Lindsay Lohan's Hollywood Hills home at the weekend.
In CCTV images released by police, the suspects are shown walking through a gate and entering the courtyard of the property in the early hours of the morning.
Detectives believe they got inside through an unlocked door before ransacking the house and stealing items belonging to the actress - which one report claimed included "very incriminating videos and photos" and documents.
Though the burglars are wearing scarves over their heads, one grainy image shows a suspect's face as they peer out from under the material.
Comments made by Lindsay after the raid suggest she believes she knows who was responsible.
She told her Twitter followers: "...I know it was not a ROBBERY. electronics weren't taken... just things that a certain old friend knew meant a lot to me."

A video that purports to be evidence that Michael Jackson did not die on June 25 has surfaced online.
The legendary singer's death sparked a slew of 'sightings' and conspiracy theories, including the claim that the Thriller star was alive and well and living with Elvis in an underground bunker.
But this is the first time someone has alleged to have caught Jackson on film after his death.
The person who uploaded the video to LiveLeak wrote: "This video shows that Michael was still alive after his dead body was transported to the Los Angeles Dept. of Coroner I checked the license plate number and it looks like the King of Pop is jumping out of the same van, his dead body has been in. I got the original video tape from a trustworthy source. I know him for years. And I am sure it´s real and Michael is alive."
We're "sure" it's "real" footage of a long-haired person in a white shirt jumping out of a van. But proof that Jackson is still alive?
