The singer/former model filed suit against Samuel Oriti on Tuesday at a Los Angeles court claiming the photographer agreed not to distribute the images to anyone outside of the lingerie company she believed she was modeling for.
The shoot took place in 2004, with Oriti claiming he was in the middle of agreeing a deal with a well-known underwear retailer. Grigorieva agreed to do the shoot for the company on the strength of the snapper's reputation, according to Radaronline.com.
However, despite reportedly agreeing not to distribute the sexy snaps, Oriti allegedly sold them after Grigorieva became well-known as Gibson's new lover.

Lily Allen has admitted that men are scared of her, because of the types of songs she writes.
In an interview with Elle, Allen was asked if she thought men were afraid of her. She answered: "Yes, they are."

The Northern Ireland-born actor was left devastated when his partner died following a skiing accident in Montreal, Canada, in March.
And he was so overwhelmed by the kind condolences he received while Stateside, he decided to finally make the country his home.
