Jessica Simpson took some time to play tourist during her visit to Paris. Jessica was in The City of Lights to tape an episode for her upcoming reality series, The Price Of Beauty.
The singer/actress plus her entourage and TV crew flew to France so that >Simpson could walk the runway at a Paris fashion show. Turkish designer Ozlen Suer gave Simpson the nod for her Paris catwalk debut.
Jessica and her dad Joe Simpson are producing the show for VH1. It is expected to premiere in February.

According to Teen First, Selena Gomez has said, "Every day, 25,000 children die from preventable causes. I stand with Unicef in the belief that we can change that number from 25,000 to zero". Her representative added, "(She has) now taken on an official role as an ambassador. She will be involved in educating, advocating, and fundraising".
Selena Gomez, who is also involved in other charitable projects with organizations like First Book, is currently in Ghana, Africa. There, she will learn about Unicef's child survival programs in her first official mission since her appointment. On September 3rd, she used Twitter to share the news of the trip with her followers: "Hey guys! I'm going to be in Africa for a week. Hope you guys have a great week, I can't wait to tell you all about the trip! Love you!"

MTV has announced that superstar R&B singer, Beyonce Knowles is set to perform her latest single entitled “Sweet Dreams” at the upcoming 2009 “MTV Video Music Awards.”
Beyonce is also tied with Lady Gaga for the most nominations at nine a piece. Other performers that are on tap to perform are : Jay-Z, Green Day, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga. Also rapper Wale will be performing with the band UCB who is the official “house band” at the Video Music Awards.
