Following a morning stop at NRJ radio, the 23-year-old hitmaker dropped by to meet and greet fans at a local Virgin Megastore.
She may be a superhero with spontaneous regenerating powers.
But it seems even Heroes cheerleader Claire Bennet needs the occasional caffeine boost.
Actress Hayden Panettiere, who plays the character, was spotted enjoying an iced coffee on set while filming the new season of the cult TV series yesterday.
Earlier she was seen with pom-poms in hand, so clearly the exertions of a cheerleading routine had left the 20-year-old in need of an energy hit.
The blonde actress, who celebrated her birthday last month, was on location in Los Angeles shooting the eagerly anticipated fourth series of the show, which is set to return to BBC2 later this year.
Hayden wore a red and white outfit and also found time to chat with local police, who seemed quite taken with her.

Pamela Anderson's new PETA ad has proved too hot for air passengers to handle.
The promo – which features the busty star as a scantily-clad security guard who strips passengers of fur and leather - was intended to be shown at New York City's three airports.
But bosses has second thoughts over fears the racy film will offend passengers with young children.
A rep for CNN Airport Network wrote to PETA bosses to explain the commercial is "particularly sensitive because children make up part of the demographic in airports", reports PageSix.
The animal rights group is now hoping to show the film on in-flight entertainment.

The flamboyant singer left Tremoille hotel dressed in a pair of satin panties over fishnets, and a fitted jacket with nothing underneath.
GaGa - who recently branded speculation about her gender "ridiculous" - accessorised her uniform with lace gloves, a captain's hat and green 3D-style specs.
