The daughter of rocker Ozzy has been wowing viewers with her moves, but she picked up a painful foot injury after her paso doble with partner Louis van Amstel went wrong.
E! Online claims the buckle on Osbourne's shoe damaged her foot, and the star was later seen performing barefoot during the group dance before heading off to hospital after the show had ended.
It is the latest in a string of illnesses and injuries to hit the show. Earlier on Monday, Osbourne revealed she sought medical treatment after professional dancer Derek Hough was struck down with swine flu symptoms, while singer Mya sliced her hand on broken glass last month.

Halle Barry’s 1½-year-old daughter Nahla is already learning how to play golf!
“She started playing golf! She has a little hole in the backyard,” Berry’s partner, Gabriel Aubry, told People magazine.
Asked if he sees Nahla going pro in the future, Aubry said, “Well, let’s just wait [and see].”
Berry, 43, revealed earlier this year how she uses the internet to find friends.
“I never went so far as a date,” she said in May. “But I’ve gone online and pretended to be someone else, in an attempt to have some anonymity.
“I’ve tried, many times, to have a normal conversation when celebrity wasn’t a part of it. Sometimes it worked and at others it became a little weird.
“The reason I did it was I wanted to remember what it was like to have a real, honest exchange with someone and to be treated normally.”

The openly-gay American Idol runner-up tells Details‘ November issue that he has no problem smooching the opposite sex.
“I’m gay, but I like kissing women sometimes,” he said. “Women are pretty. It doesn’t mean I’m necessarily sleeping with them.”
But Adam Lambert admits he finds it “weird” that women find him sexy.
“I think it’s weird that I’m having this effect on women,” he said. “It’s flattering. I’ve never had underwear thrown at me before. Clearly there’s something significant about it, because there aren’t a lot of openly gay men in the entertainment industry.”
“A lot of times I’ll pick up a bra and play with it during a song,” he adds. “It’s a way to connect. It’s like, ‘I threw my bra up onstage and you’re spinning it around. Cool. Yay.’”
“I think it’s beautiful,” Lambert says, referring to the fact he doesn’t have to hide his sexuality. “That’s the way it should be. It shouldn’t matter what a person’s sexual preference is — it doesn’t change their appeal.
“When I’m onstage, there’s definitely a sexual energy that goes into it.”

Gerard, who was recently linked to Jennifer Aniston, failed to reveal if the former Friends star was involved in the raunchy romps.
Midway through the conversation, Gerard said: "You've got amazing eyes."
Telling Alexa he did not notice how beautiful her eyes were the first time they met, at the VMA Awards, Alexa quipped: "No - you were just going on about my legs."
Gerard sheepishly then asked: "Did I mention your legs?"
Alexa initially said no, but then admitted: "Well, yes."
When told there is a Facebook group called 'Gerard Butler can impregnate through looks alone', Gerard told Alexa: "I'm knocking you up - I think I've just knocked you up, actually."
The duo then played a quiz where instead of saying 'yes' he had to say, 'The Butler did it'. Asked if he had "had a threesome in the past year" he snapped: "The Butler did it." He then grinned widely as the studio audience went wild.
He joked: "The Butler pretty much always does it."

The 20-year-old wizard star now owns more than $16 million worth of property in the city plus a swanky flat back home in Fulham, London.
Radcliffe’s latest buy is a five bedroom West Village townhouse that measures 3,000 sq ft and was built in 1847 by a sea captain for his daughter. The star’s mother Marcia’s name is on the deeds to the property and it’s registered to the same company as the previous home purchases.
His first New York purchase was two years ago when he splashed-out over $5 million on a Soho apartment
which he leases-out for $4,800 a week. Then a few months later, he paid just over $3 million for a three bedroom condo apartment with stunning views across the Hudson River.
He had planned to stay at the 11th floor property while he appeared on Broadway in the play Equus -- which moved from London.

Photographers and film crew tried to catch a glimpse of Julia Roberts who was in Bali for her new film, Eat Pray Love. They were in a local market at Ubud on Tuesday.

Kelly Brook will be stripping naked on the West End stage in Calendar Girls.
The lads' mag favourite is lined up to take over the role of Celia from Jerry Hall at the beginning of November.
Kelly and Corrie legend Julie Goodyear, who is also joining the cast, posed yesterday in some teasing photos to publicise the cast change.
The cheeky pics have Kelly protecting her modesty with a pair of iced buns, while Julie hides behind some strategically positioned sheet music and sunflowers.
Other newcomers to the production include Arabella 'Does My Bum Look Big In This' Weir, Helen Lederer, Arabella Weir, Janie Dee, Rosalind Knight, Debbie Chazen and Kathryn Rooney
The play is based on the true-life story of some members of Rylstone Women's Institute, who posed for a series of nude shots for a fundraising calendar. Helen Mirren and Julie Walters starred in the big-screen adaptation.
One-time glamour model Brook, 29, has previously appeared in the West End in Neil LaBute's comedy Fat Pig - and, of course, has done plenty of calendar work over the years.
