Nicole Kidman has been dubbed 'freakish' following a red carpet appearance during the CMA Awards.
The actress - said to resemble Meg Ryan – raised eyebrows after turning up at the Country Music Awards in Nashville on November 11.
A source said: "She looked freakish.
"She just had her lips done, and now she looks like Meg Ryan."
The Australian actress is then said to have "fled" the red carpet to avoid questions from the media, the New York Post reports, leaving husband Keith Urban wondering where she had gone.
A source said: "She just flipped out and took off running.
"Keith kept saying, 'Where is she? Where is she?' "
A representative for Kidman, 42, was unavailable for comment.
Satisfying her need for a shopping session, Eva Longoria was out stocking up on a few retail needs in Beverly Hills on Wednesday afternoon.

"They get in nasty arguments all the time about it," says the source. "She doesn't respect Brad when it comes to politics, but, in the end, this won't tear them apart."

Kim Kardashian has denied she has nose and lips surgery. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star blasted a recent Star Magazine story that says she underwent facial plastic surgery.
The 29-year-old socialite sets the record straight on her so-called plastic surgery. The tabloid printed her alleged before and after pictures, indicating that she had work done on her nose and lips.
She wrote on her blog, "In the first photo I am about 15 lbs heavier than the second photo! Your face always looks different when you lose weight, plus with the contouring on my nose it gives the illusion of a thinner nose."
"I actually think my nose looks smaller in the first pic than it does it in the second. It's ridiculous? it's all about the makeup and the angle from which the photo was taken!"

Lady Gaga spent $1,000 on pizza for fans waiting for her autograph.
The ‘Bad Romance’ singer ordered 80 cheese pizzas for people who were waiting for her autograph outside a Los Angeles store where she was scheduled to do a record signing. She wrote on her Twitter page:
"Sending all my little monsters little pizzas for waiting all night for me at Best Buy. I hope you're hungry... eat up I love u! (sic)."
As well as splashing out $1,000 on the pizzas, which were provided by fast-food chain Papa John’s, Lady Gaga is also said to have tipped “very, very well”.
The ‘LoveGame’ singer also thanked her fans for making her latest release, ‘The Fame Monster’, number one in the iTunes charts. She wrote on Twitter:
“To all my beautiful fans, I love you more than anything. Thank u 4 making the fame monster number 1 on itunes. You are the only reward I need x gaga (sic).”
Lady Gaga’s generosity to her fans was also displayed when she released a set of bizarre gifts which she gave away with a collector’s edition of ‘The Fame Monster’, which included a lock of her blonde hair, a personal note from the songstress and a jigsaw puzzle.

Auctioneer Christie's says the 22-inch skeleton was the one used in the climactic scene of the 1933 movie in which the giant ape climbs New York's Empire State Building.
Other such figurines were used elsewhere in the movie, which wowed contemporary audiences with its groundbreaking special effects.
The figurine's metal skeleton was once covered in cotton, rubber, liquid latex and rabbit's fur. But the monster's fleshy covering has since rotted away.
The figurine was sold as part of the auctioneer's popular culture sale Tuesday.

The singer flaunted her slim figure in a stunning strapless black cat suit, which she teamed with a pair of metallic high heels.
Rihanna finished off the look with some complementary bling, including a pair of diamond earrings and a gold bracelet.
And it sounds like Ri-Ri’s new release is already a massive hit, with fans and critics alike lauding her effort to put together a well-rounded mix of songs.
Rolling Stone gave Rated R 4 out of 5 stars, saying, “The question has always been personality: Is there a flesh-and-blood woman lurking beneath the big voice and model looks? On Rated R, she answers the question emphatically.”

Liz Ciganovich, the album's production and art director, said she got the idea for an '80s tribute after seeing Montag's Overdosin' video.
"It reminded me of Olivia Newton John's Let's Get Physical in the '80s," said Ciganovich. "I thought, 'Let's do a shot that says '80s – lets pay homage to the mix tape!' The hunt was on. I believe I purchased every mixed tape in Los Angeles!"

Tila Tequila's lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, is sending a cease and desist order to a porn site that has posted a XXX sex tape featuring the singer. Nownejad says the tape was on her laptop which was stolen two years back.
"A police report has been filed for Tila's stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if it's not removed," Nownejad told TMZ.
The tape shows Tequila doing to a man what Carrie Prejean did to herself in her solo sex tape!
Last week, Tequila performed a sexy striptease live on the internet. The 28-year-old reality TV star, who was born in Singapore, spent hours sitting in front of a webcam addressing her internet viewers.

She spoke about her domestic violence lawsuit against former boyfriend Shawne Merriman.

Nownejad said he believed the 'domestic violence' incident with the linebacker may have 'pushed her over the edge' and said he was trying to get her some help.
Tila has filed a $1.5million lawsuit against Merriman, claiming the NFL star grabbed her, shook her, knocked her down and choked her during a row in September this year.
