Ojani Noa doesn't understand why Jennifer Lopez is so upset over his plans to release home videos of their brief marriage - because there's no sex or nudity in the footage.
The singer/actress successfully applied for a restraining order against her former partner to prevent him featuring shots of their honeymoon in his mockumentary How I Married Jennifer Lopez: the J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story.
She also launched a $10 million lawsuit against Noa earlier this month (Nov09), alleging he had violated terms of a confidentiality agreement he signed in 2005.
But Noa can't comprehend why Lopez has taken exception to the personal videos - insisting the candid scenes are completely innocent.
He tells Eonline.com, "They (Lopez and her lawyers) think I have a sex tape with her and that I'm trying to sell it. My tape is from our honeymoon, the wedding, us hanging out. There's no nudity - maybe one spanking.
"There's moments of her fighting with her mom... Couples having fun and kissing. If someone has a sex tape, it's not me."
And Noa insists he just wants to tell his story about life as a Cuban immigrant - not to profit off his famous ex.
He adds, "I have moved on. If I wanted to make a buck I would have done many interviews and I never did anything... I'm not going to harm anybody. I'm a great guy. If I was going to hurt anybody I have had many, many chances to do it. I always wish her the best. The mockumentary is about me escaping from Cuba and living here. They think it's about her but it's not, it's about me."
The two met in Miami, Florida and married in 1997 before starting divorce proceedings just ten months later.

The 31-year-old Sports Illustrated star took on a guest part in American sitcom Gary Unmarried, playing a sales girl in a fashion boutique.

"I have really great ideas," Abdul told "Extra" Monday from her cousin's new store. Abdul, 47, said she hopes to do a talk show in the next two to three years.
"It would be fun and quirky and it would be insightful," she said. "It would be fun to jam with the band and have amazing guests and introduce amazing different formats on the show."
The Grammy winner is confident in the potential project.
"I feel I would be really good at it. I have the ability to connect with people on a level," Abdul explained. "I've proven to pierce the heartstrings, but also to be celebratory and bring out the best in people."
Abdul respects Winfrey and calls her a "phenomenon" who "broke barriers and let the path for other women to be empowered."
She added, "Like 'American Idol,' there's a place and time that makes history. That's Oprah."

After critics called her debut collection an "embarrassment," the 23 year-old star will keep her position as artistic advisor for fashion house Emanuel Ungaro, the company's chief executive Mounir Moufarrige said Tuesday.
"Yes (she's staying on), she has a job to do," Moufarrige said in Milan, reports Reuters.
Designer Ungaro himself was among Lohan's critics, calling Lohan's designs (including sequined, heart-shaped pasties) a "disaster."
"Mr. Ungaro has his views, he can keep them. I have no comment," Moufarrige retorted. As for the professional reviews from the likes of Women's Wear Daily, he conceded, "I am sure we can do better in the collection to be honest but I think it was harsh ... But it did sell well."

Perez blogged, “It’s been one year since Asslee pushed Bronx Mowgli through her vayjayjay and it’s all the family is talking about!” adding “poor lil thing…doesn’t stand a chance!!!”
