The 3-year-old daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes beat other celebrity children in the top ten list.
A spokesperson for Adams said: "Suri is almost a celebrity in her own right thanks to her cute looks and her amazing wardrobe. She has outfits that rival A-list celebs and this gets her more column inches than many movie stars."

Cheryl Cole made the comments on Gordon Ramsay's F Word show after Lily had publicly branded her husband Ashley Cole 'horrendous' and her bandmate Nicola Roberts 'the ugly one'.
Speaking to Q magazine, she recalled: 'She called my husband "horrendous".
'Then she called Nicola "ugly". For another female artist to call you ugly is so awful.
Nicola’s been called 'ginger’ all her life, then she makes something of herself and everyone calls her the "ugly one".
'I feel very protective of her and if that means I’m going to call Lily ‘whatever’, then I don’t care.'
Cheryl also revealed that she initially thought Lily was being 'complimentary' in her 2006 B-Side track Cheryl Tweedy (Tweedy being Cheryl's maiden name).
The lyrics included the chorus: 'I wish my life was a little less seedy / Why am I always so greedy? / Wish I looked just like Cheryl Tweedy.'
But Lily later commented: 'I was being ironic. Nobody wants to look like that.'
Cheryl also told the magazine about her doubts over the band's 2004 hit Love Machine.
She added: 'I remember listening to Love Machine and thinking, "We cannot put this crap out," that’s what I said to the label: it sounds like something Busted would do.
'Then it went to Number 2. I was, like, Oh right. OK. I’ll keep quiet.'

Jonas married girlfriend of two years Danielle Deleasa on December 19, after proposing in July.
Jonas and Deleasa married at the Oheka Castle in Long Island, New York with 400 friends and family members. Heavy snow storms did not stop the couple from their fairy-tale wedding reception that included 14 foot trees, crystals sculpted to look like icicles, hydrangeas, and heated white tents.
The bride wore a Vera Wang strapless gown and a silk and crystal flower in her hair to replicate the one she had in her hair the day the couple met on the beach in the Bahamas, while vacationing with their families in May 2007.
The 22-year-old Jonas brother and his 23-year-old ex-hair stylist wife said to People, "We're so happy that we're finally married and we were able to share the special moment with family, friends and loved ones."

After insisting that they are just friends, Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler have finally got up close and personal – in their new film.
The former Friends actress straddles her leading man in their forthcoming movie, Bounty Hunter.
Filmed earlier this year, the movie sees Aniston plays the ex-wife of a bounty hunter, portrayed by Butler.
The pair can be seen playing some raunchy bedroom games in the film's trailer, while in another scene Butler locks Aniston in the trunk of his car.
The pair's off-screen relationship was the subject of constant speculation in the summer, but both stars have insisted they are just close friends.
Directed by Andy Tennant, Bounty Hunter is due to be released in March 2010.

Paris Hilton has revealed she and her boyfriend of 10 months often curl up in bed with her new pet - a miniature pig called Princess Pigelette.
She said: "Doug and I will be lying in bed, watching DVDs, and she'll just lie there between us. She's a little sweetheart and I love her."
The 28-year-old blonde star decided to buy the sweet swine after growing jealous of her brother's pig.
She explained to Britain's Hello! magazine: "My little brother bought a little pig when he was in Las Vegas and I was so jealous - I've always wanted one. I went online and found these tiny teacup pigs that stay under 12lb when they're fully grown. They're incredibly smart, lovable, really clean and litter trained."
The 28-year-old hotel heiress - who has a total of 13 pets - is so attached to her animals she thinks of them as her children.
She said: "They're so lovable and the love they give is unconditional. They make me happy and it feels good to have them around. I make sure I take very good care of them all - they're like my children."
