The actors met on the set of the hit TV series and have been dating discreetly since earlier this year.
They were even said to be house hunting together in Los Angeles, but they have now parted ways, according to the New York Daily News.
A source tells the publication, "It came at a good time for Jamie-Lynn. She was coming home to New York for the holidays anyway, and she wanted to do her own thing for a little while and definitely be out of Hollywood."
