Out braving the California rain, Hilary Duff was spotted out and about in Brentwood.
Heading into a medical building, the former "Lizzie McGuire" star looked stylish per usual and sported rain boots and a hat in order to stay dry in the rainy conditions.

In its first week of release, The Hills star's album, Superficial, has sold less than 1,000 copies, according to Nielsen Soundscan.
In fact, industry sources tell UsMagazine.com that the album has sold only 658 downloads to date.
This is likely upsetting news for the reality star, who told Entertainment Weekly last week that she went broke making Superficial but thought that "within the first week, we will definitely make our money back."
Heidi told EW, "I put every dollar I have into this. I've spent over $1 million, almost $2 million, on this album. It's cost as much or more than a Britney Spears album because I wanted it to be that quality... The songs will make an impact in pop history."
Those songs have collectively sold 6,000 downloads, Nielsen SoundScan also reports.

The Oscar-winning actress has revealed as a child she had no ambition to become a movie star.
Cruz won her Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Woody Allen film Vicky Cristina Barcelona but says ballet was her first goal.
She revealed: "I still can't believe that I won the Oscar last year because of the way I grew up."
"Just to dream about becoming an actress and making a living out of that sounded like science fiction in my environment. You know, I come from a family where we had just what we needed to survive. So to dream about this type of job was crazy."
Cruz studied for more than 10 years as a ballerina before turning to acting and still says she has a passion for dance.
She said of ballet: "I wish I could do that. Oh, my God. Nothing harder than that I think."
Cruz added her dance training helped her land Hollywood roles.
She said: "If I hadn't had the discipline of all those years in the dance world, it would have been much, much tougher."
"I mean, it goes too far sometimes. I mean, I used to take my toenails - they would die from dancing - so I would just take the whole toenail and throw it away, and not feel anything."
"But I loved it."
Socialite heiress Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt don't shy away from some over-the-top public display of their love.

"They spend most weekends on it, brewing up pots of tea. They're a very sweet couple.
"They like nothing better than strolling along the canal hand in hand and going to the chippie (fish and chips restaurant) for a fish supper."
Keira Knightley, 24, is currently starring in stage play The Misanthrope at London's Comedy Theatre while her partner Friend is also treading the boards at the capital's Garrick Theatre.
A source said: "It's rare that Rupert and Keira get to spend an extended period of time together so they're over the moon that they're both working in London at the moment.
"They regard their houseboat as their sanctuary."
However, it is unlikely that they will remain in the idyllic hideout for much longer, as Knightley is due to travel to the United States in February to promote her latest film, Last Night.
