The singer-and-actress - famed for her sophisticated and well-groomed look - was honoured at a party hosted by magazine US Weekly, where tribute was paid to her fashion sense.
Jennifer said: "The best part of the night was winning this award!"
Her friend, actress Leah Remini, says Jennifer - who attended the bash with husband Marc Anthony - was a worthy winner.
She told Us Weekly: "Jennifer is fearless when it comes to fashion, and she is always beautiful and always takes a risk. She doesn't care what people think."
Leah also says she relies on Jennifer for fashion advice, explaining: "I always say, 'Jen, what do you think?' "
Jennifer is often noted for her style and earlier this year her face was featured on the cover of a beauty book.
The stunning star was snapped especially for make-up artist Scott Barnes' book 'About Face' which is based on how to transform yourself and look like a film star.
Paris Hilton headed off to Sin City to party the weekend away at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino in Las Vegas on Sunday (April 25).

Making time to stay fit and healthy, Kristin Cavallari was spotted at Iron Gym in Santa Monica, CA.
The sexy star of “The Hills” flashed a big smile for the paparazzi as she walked to her car after her sweat session.
Tweeting about her workout, Ms Cavallari wrote, “johndamon is the best trainer!! I'm ready 4 the pool 2morrow after that workout. Come 2 Liquid & hang w/ me if ur in Vegas.”

In an interview with the mag, Davis dishes on her favorite treat, how she feels about her body now and what she does to stay healthy.
About her body now, Davis says, “I have hips! I’m never going to be the thinnest actress, and I don’t want to be. When you’re at peace with yourself and your body, you’re automatically more confident.”
So is Davis one of those who nibbles on salads on a daily basis? Hell no. Davis says, “If all I ate were salads ever day, I’d shoot myself. Who cares if you can fit in your skinny jeans if you can’t enjoy life and have something good to eat?” Kristin and I would get along fabulously. I am all about salads, but not without the dressing and not as my main course meal.
As far as treats, Kristin does not deprive herself. She tells the mag, “I especially love M&M’s…and ice cream. I went through periods when I said I can’t have this, I can’t have that. Now I don’t deprive myself. Food is meant to be enjoyed.”
Kristin adds that her love for running has kept her lean saying, “I actually started running when I was cast on Melrose Place. I wanted lean legs, so I got a coach and I’d go up to Santa Barbara and run seven miles on the beach. I loved running outside, but I got so many ankle injuries over the years that I’ve had to take a break from it.”
