The title track will be released as a download on May 18. MySpace Music will host the global premier on April 30 at 12 noon EST, and the track goes to radio May 3.
A deluxe version of the album will include a DVD with tour footage from 2009. The album is released as a day earlier in the U.K.
The single is described in a Hollywood Records statement as being about "self-empowerment where Miley asserts her need to stay true to herself in her relationships and it's sure to become an anthem among her legions of fans around the world."

Helena Mattsson drops just an itty bitty titty nipple for our perusal. The Iron Man 2 Premier, was the premier of her nipples to the Paparazzi. She is a stunningly beautiful woman and I really have no idea what other movies she has been in.
While attending the much awaited premiere of the movie Iron Man 2, Helena Mattsson posed on the red carpet for photographers and paparazzi, and just as she was getting ready to enter the movie theater, one of her nipples came out to say hello.
He says they would dance at bars, shop for lingerie outfits, and hang out at coffee houses to try and catch the eyes of any visiting record representatives. One of the shots he took features Lady Gaga in a pair of skimpy underwear bottoms, with her rear facing the camera.
She told him "No one in the world knows who I am, but they are going to want to know who I am. My first time on TV I'm gonna come on stage in my underwear... show the world that here I am and I don't give a f--k what anyone thinks of me."

Olivia Munn is the latest celebrity to have posed in the buff for animal rights group PETA.
Munn’s nude billboard attacks the circus for its treatment of elephants, specifically those employed by Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey.
Says Munn:
"You look at something like the circus, and everyone’s laughing and there’s color and there’s music and everything seems so great, but when you go right behind that door and [the animals are] in these crates all day long and then they’re getting shocked and beat just so they can get up and dance around on a ball.
"It was just so sickening.”

Wearing a skull n' bones top with plenty of accessories, the former "Simple Life" star popped into Kate Somerville salon for a last-minute appointment.

Courtney claims Gwen was aware of the affair.
She said: "Yes. She does know."
When Stern then asked: "You mean he was having sex with you while he was with her?"
To which Courtney replied: "Everyone... yeah... and a few other people. We didn't have a lot of pressure on each other, but we did like each other quite a bit."

Michael Lohan tells UsMagazine.com someone hacked into his Twitter account Tuesday morning and posted that his estranged daughter Lindsay, 23, is "HIV positive."
"Somebody was impersonating me," he tells Us. "I'm disgusted. I would never ever say something like that about my daughter."
The feud between Michael and Lindsay heated up last Thursday when he staged an intervention, barging into her L.A. home with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He claims Lindsay is abusing drugs again (she denies it) and is a bad influence on 16-year-old sister Ali. (After inspecting the house and interviewing both girls, officers determined Ali was not in any danger.)
Lindsay's mom Dina told Us Monday that Lindsay and Ali may seek a restraining order against Michael.
Michael's lawyer fired back, telling Us his client is simply is trying to "save and protect" his daughters and may pursue "legal action" to try and get Lindsay's life under control.
