The two girls, who play vampires Alice Cullen and Victoria respectively, join their Twilight co-stars such as Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner in becoming a doll.
Alice's doll has her trademark brown bob with her amber eyes, while Victoria's doll has her long curly ginger locks and red eyes.
The dolls will be available for $25 at barbiecollection.com in the summer, to tie in with the release of the third movie in the Twilight Saga, Eclipse, which is out on June 30.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand are planning an intimate wedding, according to the singer.
She’s revealed all in a new interview with People magazine saying she wants a small ceremony.
Perry explained: “I always have a ton of people around me, and I think the people that are going to share this moment with us are the people we want to integrate into each other's lives,"
However she did add that her and Russ’ will host “a big, fat reception for the people who can't make it.”
She continued: “We want it to be about the love. So sometimes to be about the love, we have to take them out of their comfort zone.”
And the star also revealed what she’s likely to be wearing on the big day, saying: “We have been kind of talking to [John] Galliano, because that was the show in Paris that we kind of came out as a couple!”

Pop icon Britney Spears was spotted out and about in Studio City, California two days ago,taking her kids to Studio City dojo to get their “Karate” on.
She took her two kids named Jayden James and Sean Preston to the dojo with the help of her nanny and her assistant.

The 26-year-old told the tabloid: "Mel's breakup with Oksana doesn't surprise me at all. Clearly, Mel can't commit to just one woman."
Kowal says the affair went on for three months, during which time they would meet at Mel's house in Malibu and his office in Santa Monica. She added, "Mel's great in bed! It was the best sex I've ever had!"

Lilly also says that "Lost" won't have a "Sopranos"-like ending (echoing comments by executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse) and advises Letterman to check out one of the "millions" of blogs devoted to "Lost" (hey -- we know of a good one) to get up to speed on how the show might end.
"Has somebody posited the correct theory?" Letterman wants to know. Busted! Lilly has to admit that "I've never looked at the blogs -- I don't know."
